Service and prices were absolutely sickening. None of the bartenders knew a thing, and it took me forever to order a drink. The cook saved the day though. Food was amazing. I won't be coming here to sit down again though. Believe that.

only giving this place a 3 bc the cook is a hero food was awesome, as far as the service goes I was highly offended, bc they were extremely rude, they took my order wrong, and didn't know how to make a drink to save their life

Very bad everything. Horrible service and food. What was supposed to be a quick dinner turned into a 2 3 hours. We were staving. Terrible save money and don't go there.

Football Sunday. Fun crowd great service thanks to our server Brandi. Managers even put the Bronco game on for us. Great time, great day! We'll be back for sure!

I love their Monty Cristos. Always friendly waitstaff. Relaxed atmosphere. First review from 6/15/2017 was 5 star !! (New review) I am not sure what happened to Bennigan's all new waitstaff, after being seated by hostess I had to walk up to manager to get service, was waited on by the hostess. Was given free stale chips for confusion. had to get managers attention to get check. "IF I Go Again " They better Do alot better. I used to frequent the Bennigan's in N. Virginia about ever two weeks for over four years and never have I ever had such unorganized service. I was very upset 😡 at what Happened on 9/13/2017 !

The servers were great and very helpful but the food was average. I had pork chop that was very dry and slightly over cooked. We did have a large party so that might had added to it but restaurants should know how to make sure all the food served to order. I'm not sure I would go back.

This Vineland location has great potential because of the menu, but you have to labor through the very poor service. It's disheartening to say the least. While I consider this location for my favorite burger I have to contemplate the service my party and I will receive once we arrive. There's always the question of is it really worth it? I will add this; recently my friend and I had the first time pleasure of experiencing the best server we've ever encountered at this location. His service was so outstanding, in comparison that hope was renewed! His name is Jason. Being here today in his absence has reminded me now, why I will never come again without his being here. Please note: the food is 5 Stars rating. The service is really a 1, but for the memory of Jason's service yesterday. He was a Star by himself. **** UPDATE**** Apparently there is new management on board. Just as I had concluded my posting the server sent the new management over they are aware of the issues and are diligently working towards establishing a better customer service relationship. I'm impressed and vowed to give them another chance. For effort, I change my initial rating from 2 Stars to 4 Stars.

Service is horrible. Not sure if this review is for the entire chain or just Vineland, NJ but your money & time is better spent elsewhere.

Flips super loaded nachos are incredible! Too much as an appetizer for one!!!! I had leftovers, and it was my dinner!!
