They seemed to have done a good job cleaning the gutters and cleaning up the mess.
The part I didn't like was how the guy called me out of the house to tell me that they didn't remove gutter guards (at the $160+ price tag for our small house) but that he would anyway if I gave him and his guys a nice tip. I had no cash, so I went out to remove the gutter guards myself. I cut my finger deeply doing so, and after I removed a few, the guy said that he'd do it. So either a) he was telling a tale to fish for tips, or b) they don't typically remove gutter guards, which makes their service useless. Either way, I didn't like this and won't be using them again.response / report this review -

I hired them for a repair of a gutter that had pulled from the side of the house. They told me they would come out and clean, inspect the gutters, and make any repairs possible for $379. Basically, they came out, cleaned and told me they saw nothing wrong. I then informed them of the original leak. They then recommended that I have my entire front gutter system replaced for an large amount when I in fact still only needed the small portion fixed. So, I feel that their business model is to charge everyone $379 for gutter cleaning and then when the customer calls them back, they just make a recommendation to get more money.

Silvesteri’s crew was outstanding. They blew the roof and gutters away from our gardening and patio areas, including doing some hand cleaning of the gutters closest to our back door. They were helpful and friendly. We have an annual contract and it’s the best money that I ever spent. I recommend them to everyone.

Look at your quotes carefully as they are not what they seem. Quoted 468$ for a job but invoice after completion was for 580$. I was able to negotiate to the original price but buyer beware.

Gutter Cleaning: I’ve used them for a number of years, but this year was a first - they left a bunch of Shingle Granules and Debris on my 2nd Floor balcony & outdoor furniture. They were done in less than 45 mins. I called them the day after - Monday - and sent them pix. They sent a couple of guys that afternoon (i was impressed they did it this quickly)… but it still wasn’t totally cleaned (esp the furniture). I was getting ready to hire the company to clean our windows - but i’m somehow hesitant right now. Not sure if finding good laborers these days is the issue, nevertheless they still showed back up immediately to try fixing what should have been done right the 1st time! We shall see! BTW they are reasonably priced!
