Dr. Adams, is an impressive intuitive, professional with , great amount of experience, and education expertise, i am very impress and thankful for his practice and the sessions we worked together.
anyhow in order to get an appointment or to continue therapy, you would have to deal, with his assistant, a very proud individual, that forgot than medical services industry is about to serve, and believe cause theres a high demand for her boss services, she can be arrogant and just none likable person to deal with, that has ZERO, empathy with the clients, than MAKE her boss practice, successful.
my feed back to "the practice" would be to analyze this matter that is hurting you and your patients (i am sure you guys know about it, can really understand how such an impeccable professional, deal with such an incompetent team member), and to anyone reading this review, that if u feel ANY (and you will, trying to get an appointment with Dr, Adams and follow up apps fells like begging for food, ) Do not waste your time, it has to be professionals of the caliber of Dr. Adams that have a team, that actually appreciate your business.

below my pragmatic review (i just intended to inform the potential customers, of my opinion on the practice, and to be proactive and allow Dr, Adams of be aware of an issue on his business),
THE WRITERS CAN SEE FOR THEM SELF THE KIND OF ATTITUDE, FROM THIS ASSISTANT, (than off course is the one replying to my review),.
A-Please let the Business owner to see the review, is not the first one taking negatively about staff attitude.
B- You are lying to the readers, i was late to my appointment and offer to pay full price for not being there, but you explain me of "the penalty" and informed me that you were going to charge me more than twice the price. i told you to go ahead and to cancel my future appointments. due your attitude.
C-Is not about the guidelines your company has, is abut the none professional way you treat Dr Adams clients. your practice is not making us any favors by having us, if you would understand that, instead of an emotional response to my initial review, you would try to approach the matter on constructive way , instead of once again try to come and blast your client opinion.

I wanted to post separately on the diagnostic facility. My wife used it for a bariatric procedure. This is required by her insurance. They set up our appointment, sent all the materials, worked with our insurance and had the report to the surgeon the same day. Just a fantastic help to us.

I am depressed due to chronic pain. I am post surgery, actually three of them. I needed to learn how to cope, and I needed someone whom I felt was extremely competent. This is a great setting and a wonderful staff. I am forever grateful.

I needed to be psychologically cleared for a spinal implant procedure. Atlanta Medical Psychology provided all the information, scheduling, billing of insurance and location information. It was a wonderfully efficient system, pleasant and well coordinated with my surgeon. I deeply appreciate that level of competence.

I was referred there by Emory University for clearance prior to surgery. This is required by my insurance company. I was assisted all the way through the process, and their report was received by my surgeon within hours. Outstanding efficiency and a wonderful experience. I am very appreciative.
