Great Doctor, HORRIBLE staff. If your experience is anything like mine, they will tell you the wrong date of the appointment and then proceed to call you 23.5 hours before to confirm the wrong date and also let you know they are going to tack on a $25 cancellation fee because you are within the 24 hour window. When you complain, they will promise you a one time waiver of said fee and also promise a call back from the office manager. Surprise - you never get a call back from the manager and when you finally call to follow up, you are told there is no waiver. You can ask to speak to the doctor directly and of course be denied. After looking at several other review sites, I can see that we are not the only ones to have issues here and needless to say we will not be returning.
