We've been dealing with Gerald's Jewelry for 40 years and our most recent experience was the same as they always are - spectacular. Geralds' has been our jeweler for all of our custom made pieces. This last piece we just received was complex and took us two rounds to communicate our desires. They stayed with us and remade the piece to exactly what we desired. The work is always of the highest quality, the people are as friendly as they are knowledgeable and they treat you fairly for pricing. They truly value their customers.

Love Geralds Jewelry!! The owners and employees are so easy to work with. All the jewelry is top notch and so much better than the "big box" retailers. Repairs are done exceptionally well. Special orders are also done for those hard to find items. I can personally recommend Gerald's Jewelry to all my friends and family. We have been shopping there for 3 generations.

I left a favorite ring (containing opals) for repair, replacing a missing opal and to be buffed to it's original luster. As we were nearing the time for the ring to be finished, I received a call from the goldsmith who made a recommendation for a better solution for stabilizing the opals and enhancing their beauty. I was very surprised that he took the time and initiative to explain that the opals were set in the incorrect heads, and that there would be no extra charge to change them outit would just take more time to order the correct ones. I was so happy that he took such pride in his profession and personal interest in restoring the ring to it's full potential. I was especially grateful because I wanted to give the ring to a dear friend who has been so supportive to me and my late husband! It looks so beautiful and they even put it in a ring box and gift wrapped it for me. Thank You, Gerald's.

They ALWAYS provide excellent customer service, which to me is very important. Kathy will help you find the perfect gift for any occasion. I've bought gifts there for my daughter's cheer coaches (Go Wildcats!), as well as items for family members. If you have a technical question regarding your rings, watches, necklaces, etc., Doug is very knowledgeable and will answer them all. Whether your budget is $50 or $5,000, you will find something that you'll be pleased with. Before you go off the Island to look for jewelry, make sure to stop at Gerald's. You won't be disappointed.

I have been to a few jewelry stores on the island but I knew when I walked in to Gerald's jewelry it was the was the right jewelry store for me. Gerald's staff are so professional, friendly and helpful. I can't even tell you with words the amazing the quality of work they do. You will not be disappointed. I felt so special by the way I was treated. Gerald's is honest and will do what is possible for the quality but also honest enough to tell you not to do something to ruin the quality. I will not go anywhere else.

Every time I go to Gerald's they make me feel at home and are very easy to work with. They helped me tremendolously when my mom passed and I wanted some of her rings sized. I am always pleased with their work and things are done when they say it will be. Love the store and people there! Oh and the Elle line they carry????? It's fabulous!!

For 17 years we have found Gerald's Jewelry to be honest, patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. We deal with them for personal gifts as well as welcoming their support for the PBY Naval Air Museum, where I am an officer and board member.

Gerald's has been attentive and responsive to every request throughout the process of getting our wedding rings.
