Food is good however service is horrible. Unfortunately it's a local hangout for highschool kids of the area. Which leads the staff to be distracted with friends.

Have not had Santinos in awhile so I ordered up some eggplant parm and that was perfect. The thing that blew me away was the chicken noodle soup was like my mom made it. Fresh and natural like homemade. Salad was to be expected, a sliver of tomato, one slice of cucumber, 1 green olive and some lettuce.

The best part about this food was the beer I washed it down with. Personal vodka pie, all crust, no prosciutto (2 - 1/2 inch squares on entire pie), no peas in sauce as described, barely any sauce, crust also had parts that were hollow. It's like there was no effort in a personal pie. Venetian wrap grilled chicken inedible, burnt, reheated, dry. Just because it's a small order doesn't mean you throw the leftovers in it. Unfortunely you will be removed from my takeout rotation. Goodfellows and pronto pizza will get my business. Thanks but no thanks.

Great place have ordered from here numerous times. On one occasion they gave me the wrong order, before I even realized it they had called me to admit their mistake, told me to keep the order they had originally given me and delivered my order without any problems. Very respectful.

I've been ordering from this place for almost 14months (i know- makes no sense, given them many chances ) as there isn't many delivery options where we live- However 9 out 10 times the food is undercooked (chicken/meat) or not even remotely close to what was ordered. The front staff is completely incompetent/rude and dismissing. The people that handle the phones ask you to repeat your order 3-5x and still comes out not even close to what is ordered. The pizza is about average. But dealing with the staff incompetency this place don't deserve 1 star .. steer far away if possible

Ate here last week and we're sold! Food was fantastic and the wait staff was fantastic!!! Check it out..We loved it! Great food and nice portions!!! BYOB..there's a liquor store right next store so you're set!!!

Food very good. We have been eating hete for 17+ years. Our last two visits however have left us with question about the waitstaff. Until very recently, we.hav felt unwelcome. On.the first occasion, i askef for a cappucino post meal. An.older lady who was our waitress said the machine was broken. I understood and then asked for a regulat coffee. Stsetstoodhe appeared annoyed but did come back with a cup. When I asked for a second, she said she had thown out the pot. While I understood it was close to closing, it seemed strange since diners were still in restaurant. By this time I was annoyed. Not an experience I wish to repeat.
The second time, actually last night, my firend who arrived early asked to be seated. She was asked if we had a reservationwhic wr have never needed before. Sje was testily told thete would be a wait. In the end, sround 8 pm, our group left to dine elsewhere
I will still get takeout but wont use for sit down meals due to snippy service. It is a shame since we have enjoyed many meals it your restaurant and even had a large party for my husbands retirement. People raved about this for months afterward. What has happened to this wonderful neighborhood fixture. Please repair.we miss sitting down in your cozy placeresponse / report this review
