Our office has been doing business with Terry for over 3 years now. They make choosing a printer extremely easy. He gave us a lot of options for our office needs. Along with their products, their customer service is impeccable. They're easy to reach, they'll come out the same day, and help with any troubleshooting that we may have. We've recently upgraded and expanded our offices and they've been able to meet our needs. Great products and even better customer service.

Terry and Rick provided a wonderful experience when I was looking to purchase a new copier for the office. Our last experience with another company was not the best but Austin Technology Group was incredible! They were always here quickly to fix our old machine while we were in the decision making process and installation and training on the new equipment went smoothly. They even held the machine (and our first bill) for three weeks while our remodel took longer than anticipated. I prefer working with Austin based small business owners like the company I work for. I would strongly recommend Austin Technology Group for repairs, maintenance or purchasing new equipment! They care about their customers and not just making money. Thanks again Rick and Terry for 5 star service!
