The worst experience ever .!!
Buyers and sellers be aware of Teresa and Steven !
We were badly manipulated and discriminated.
I would like to share our experience and protect other people from getting burned .
Very sneaky and manipulative on the selling side .
The transaction went unfair and not ethical.
After having a highest solid over asking offer from us, they continued to squeeze us for more and more for another 3 days, ignoring us and left us in the dark .
We tried calling every day and Teresa stopped picking up the phone .And from constant communication went to zero.

I personally worked with Heidi and Faith, and they were awesome. We got a great deal on a newly remodeled home, even though there were about 6 other offers on the same home within a few days of it being placed on the market. I never personally met or worked with any of the men mentioned, I only worked with Heidi and Faith. We have now been in our home for over a year, and we reviewed the sweetest card from them on our 1 year home anniversary. Heidi came out to show us homes later in the evening, since we both worked. And, after we put in the offer on our home, she came out several times to show us the home again, all on last minute notice. If you go with this company, definitely ask for Heidi. Her and faith are a great team.
