Overall the experience of having them clean and hone my marble countertops was good. There was one spot where they left circular scratch marks on my counter (near my faucet where it's harder to manipulate the grinder) and my insinkerator button was scuffed.

They were quick to answer the phone and said they could get us in quickly. Upon arrival for the quote they notified us they could not get us in quickly. We had already cancelled another vendor as the marblelife product looked and sounded better. We never got a quote and i ended up calling multiple times to try and get a quote. After the 3rd call i gave up and we never even got a quote. So all they did was waste our time and had me cancel another vendor for no reason, setting us way back on the project. Luckily was able to get the other vendor to come and do the floor. We had over 3000 sq ft of flooring to be coated between our garages and shop. I would never recommend this company.

The technician who came was very clear in explaining what had happened to our granite's finish. He offered to fix it immediately and for half the price of the other quote I'd gotten. When he was done, he explained what we should do so we never needed his services again!!

OMG What amazing service and pride these people have! I am so glad that I had them come to my home and take care of my Marble floors and Granite kitchen tops! Price was worth it. Don made my day with his skills and professionalism. I am so glad I had the work done and am not concerned when I bring friends and neighbors to my house! Great job!
