I don't know if this is same location and department who were in charge of performing service for me but I have to tell this about Asurion. We had a leak problem with our dishwasher. It was dripping, just few drops during a cycle. The guy who came did something to it and said it should be good. No it leaks like huge, so we can't use it. We had to create another claim with the manufacturer and they sent us to Asurion again. They made an appointment but no one showed up and didn't even call! Finally he came up an hour later and said the machine wasn't leveled because we have uneven floor and raised the right corner of it. You can see the result on the pics attached. BTW our floor near the machine is leveled.
Then he called his company and said he saw no leak and my complaints shouldn't have been an issue litterally stating I was lying. Even if I showed him a video of a leak.
Besides he was making rude comments about me needed to go to school to understand what I was saying about.
Bad service, unprofessional technicians, disrespectful attitude. We have to use them because it's the manufacturer's choice. If I ever have to choose, I'll never deal with Asurion.

I was ask how Asurion could made the experience any more satisfying . There was nothing more that could be done because all expectations were met. Extremely satisfied. Curtis Brown was extremely knowledgeable and made the process easy. I highly recommend This company and the people that work with them.

The service was incredibly timely, but mostly, Dwayne, my tech, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. As I mentioned to him and Jamey (on the phone) I could not have asked for a better experience. The customer service, friendliness and efficiency exceeded all expectations I could’ve had!
Dwayne filled me in on the Home service, which I purchased and created what was truly the best experience! I’ll be adding my other phones to Asurion and am thankful for my new home service! Nothing would’ve made this a better experience as it was all fantastic.
To get great service. A new phone delivered same day and purchase a new policy for my home… this was a win. Win. Win. And trust me- as a single mom with 3 kids I very seldom take time to write reviews & appreciate my time being valued above all! Asurion deserves all the recognition and 5 stars! They, primarily Dwayne, truly made my day/week/birthday month!

The service was the best! They came right to me the same day I made a claim! Setup was complete! Awesome service! My tech Fanuel was super friendly and very up to date on iPhone setup! Everything went smoothly and quickly!

Asurian was fast to replace my covered phone, once I got the application in. I missed the first email about further actions needed, so look for that email. The tech came out the same day on a SUNDAY, placed the new SIM card in the replacement phone, and got the transfer process going for all my apps and data. Super easy to return the old phone!
