Online order pick up.
Fast, but when I asked for a bag for the merchandise, clerk placed the bag on the counter. "Thanks for shopping with us, or have a good day" would have been appreciated as well as bagging my items. Yuck.

Very poorly staffed.. store was a mess and could get anybody to assist you. Lots of people wanting to check out on the men's side with no cashier. When asked if they had anyone lady responded "I'm being called to the women's side to cashier they have a long line". Said maybe they need to open down here as well with all these people she said sorry not my problem, try customer services desk. One guy working there with already a line. Needless to say several of us put our things down and left.

I can't believe how downhill this store has gotten. It used to be a very nice, neat, and clean store, however, that's no longer the case. Clothes and shoes are laying on the floor, it almost impossible to walk through the store with a cart or without tripping over something.

The thing that really bothered me was finding stains and crusted spots practically every other piece of clothing that I looked at. I've never seen anything like this in my life. It's disgusting and gross. I will not be shopping at this store anymore.

There is very little staff at this store. Clothes were in disarray. None of the cash registers were open. I had to wait in the customer service line to pay for my items. And the whole time I was there, an alarm was incessantly beeping. No employee seemed to notice.

Huge clearance section. Was able to find some great deals. Just need to take your time and look. They always have good sales and coupons to use.

Kohls is a store, not this one specifically, all of them, that should be on its way out. The only time I shop here is with a gift card and coupon. The only way I can describe it is underwhelming. It's fine if you just need a pair of pants of a crock pot, but as mentioned, never without a coupon. Prices are easily 25% higher than elsewhere so the coupon only really brings it in line with other competitors regular prices.
