They don’t even deserve 1 star. They are horrible. Save your time and don’t even go. Go somewhere else. Trust me !!! They make u check in on a screen then u wait forever to get ur name called and then once you get called back u go to a room and then they seat you in another waiting room and wait more. Just to go back to the doctors room. My visits have always been 2 to 3 hours. And I won’t go no more!!!

Horrible experience. Waited 1 1/2 hours in waiting room and was never seen. Left. Worst place ever!!! Do yourself a favor don't make an appointment go somewhere else.

My opthalmologist, Dr. Miguel Busquets is great! Always takes good care of my eyes. I highly recommend him to others.

I had an appointment at 1030 I arrived at 1033 to check in. The check in ladies had me check in at the kiosk and was very nice. I then had to fill out paperwork I didn't get my name called yet and it was around 11:15 my name finally got called. Meanwhile people who came after me was called back. Plus they have a sign on the wall that stated you are called back based off appointment time. So once called back I went into a room to get my vision checked. I had came the Friday before to make the appointment they where suppose to fax over forms to my OBGYN which they never did so that I can get my eyes dilated. They then had me wait in a different waiting room. All this just to finally have the doctor see me and get an attitude with my spouse when he asked if the door can be shut for privacy. He said no and didn't give a reason why. My spouse just wanted me to have privacy. Doctor then told him that he dose not need to be in here and told him to get out the room. He then threaten to call the cops when my spouse said he was not leaving cause he is there with me. Once my spouse did leave to the waiting room the doctor comes back with an attitude asking me do I want to be seen like I didn't already wait almost two hours. Doctor John P Nairn is very unprofessional and dose not follow HIPPA guidelines.

I went there with a problem that turned out to be wet MD. They arrested the problem within 7 months of treatment and are keeping an 'eye' on my MD. Very pleased they were able to kep my eyesight.

I have NEVER been so displeased and infuriated as I have been with this organization. I had surgery 6 weeks ago, and have had numerous problems, and I have yet to be able to speak to my doctor. I've left several messages, and either the assistant calls me back, or another doctor that knows nothing about my case. I am STILL having issues. The problem is actually WORSE now, than it was before the surgery. I just scheduled with another doctor (in another organization) to see if I can get some resolution. Do yourself a favor - DO NOT trust these people with your precious eye sight!
