I am very disappointed with this law group totally. It has been nearly two years come July since I had my car accident and nothing has been resolved at all. They don't provide you with information and the information that you provide to them (Police report, ticket info, etc.) Goes missing and you have to send it to them all over again. You have to repeat yourself repeatedly with information you have provided to them all ready. The staff seems to be very inexperienced and not well informed. The receptionist is inexperienced and rude. I have never dealt with someone where it took two years to settle a car accident case. I had to go to court myself to have my citation dismissed because I wasn't at fault and they wouldn't even come to the courts to help me get it dismissed. I am very disappointed with this group and should've gone somewhere else.
