Quite, even though kids and people are always walking around. Really big and spacious apartments, cops are always riding through the neighborhood, so keeps it really safe here. Maintenance need to be better and faster but overall good place to live.

I have been living here for more than one year and i really enjoy it. my packages and mail are rather in safe. no one makes any noise at night. almost people live here with their family and kids so the atmosphere is intimate. good choice for living with family.

I want to thank Javier (I'm pretty sure his last name is Berber). He was answered all of my questions and I had a ton to ask. Looking for an apartment is stressful enough but to of had someone so kind and patient gave me and my husband such peace. We cannot rave enough about the customer service that was provided to us. The complex is beautiful and offers so much to tenants. We have not made a final selection for a new place to live but this complex is on the top of our list!!

I just recently moved to this complex and could not be happier! I was looking for an apartment closer to my job and stopped by on a Saturday to see what they had available. Not only was I impressed by the apartments but the staff was AMAZING! Javier Berber was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure that I had a great experience. I am so glad I was able to find something closer to my new job and thankful that the staff is so accommodating! I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new home in the Atlanta area!

I am going on my 4th year at Ashford Embry Hills the community is very tranquil which is one of the strongest reasons why I like the community. The entire time I have lived here I have not witnessed any criminal activity, my apartment is very spacious the master bedroom is huge with lots of closet space. Areas of improvements would be the parking issue, I would prefer assigned parking. As with everything throughout the years there are things that need repair and attention, however the staff works to resolve these issues, I enjoy living at Embry Hills and would recommend this community.

I lived here going on my 8th year .Friendly staff. Maintenance does good. New management has improved this place, therefore, makes it hard to move. The best features are the space and the commute! Nice neighborhood and schools, Easy getaway toward all the expressways, just 5 minutes away from the spaghetti junction. In addition, smooth bicycle riding, walking distance to Kroger grocery store, library and schools. Its all good and neighbors do get along I don't plan on moving anytime soon.
