I took my kitten Claude here for his kitten shots and checkup. I had some concerns because he was constantly losing his balance and falling off of furniture without trying to catch himself. The vet told me it was probably just his personalityhis personality?? I took him to another vet and it turns out my kitten has a liver shunt and has to be on medication for the rest of his life. The fact that no test was even run on him or even proposed by the vet is very disappointing and could have saved my kitten from months of sickness.
Nice enough staff but my experience was that they definitely don't go above and beyond for your pet.response / report this review -

Great place to bring your fur baby for great care.They did a great job with my multi v rated bis Hera Von der stark aka Sable.Here teeth looked great after they cleaned An polished them.The rest of the pack is going to follow suit they just don't know it yet.

Brought my dogs to board them for the weekend and they were well taken care of. Very friendly staff and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Amazing knowledgeable staff. Great prices, saved both my cat and dogs life literally! LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Boyd. Been bringing my animals for the past 5 years and don't plan on stopping.

This place is great! The staff is very friendly and the Dr. is very professional. She really took care of my kitten's needs and had wonderful recommendations. I was at ease about my kitten when I left their office.

Friendly and great with the animals. Offers tips, suggestions, resources & educational material. They thoroughly inform you of your options and costs up front. Very compassionate to both pets and owners during difficult times. Love them!
