Our neighbor across the street asked us if we used his garden hose because he found it thrown in his yard with the water running. When we said we didn’t, he asked us to review our security cameras to see if we could see who used it. Turns out this company was doing septic work next door to his house for brand new tenants and they decided to come over to his house while he wasn’t home, use his water and hose for their job, and throw the hose back with the water still runningour neighbor called the company to complain and the owner said the customer claimed to be “good friends with him and he wouldn’t care if they used his water/hose”I’m going to call that an outright lie because these people JUST MOVED IN and no one has even met them yet. I HIGHLY doubt they are claiming to be best friends with everyone on the street. This company just took it upon themselves to go onto someone’s property and use the water that THEY PAY FOR without even asking. Not to mention they can’t even wind a hose up or turn water off to make it “appear” to be untouched. Completely classless. I would recommend going with a more reputable and honest company.

Horrible customer service! Had an appointment to do a job, never called or showed called the next day and promised to get the job done and still did not follow through AGAIN!!!. The owner will ignore your calls when you are at home waiting for them to show up multiple times! Don’t waste your time with this company.

They told me they were coming out for an estimate yesterday. They didn't show up and didn't call. When I called this morning, they said they can't come out until Monday!
