  I’ve been going here for a couple of years for my brows and sharad has always done an amazing job! The last few times I’ve gone in different ladies have done my brows and haven’t done quite as good a job as her. I’m a bit disappointed by my brows currently but now I’ll just make sure to always have an appointment specifically with sharad.

  Excellent service at reasonable pricing. Convenient on line booking. I have been going there for 5 years and they have added wonderful staff and services. Sharad does excellent eyebrow threading and facials and Jalixsa will make your hair just perfect. Great pricing for kids haircuts too.

  I have been going here for more than a year now and I simply love this salon.
  Sharad is simple awesome - she does my eyebrows just perfect!! She holds an awesome experience at waxing too coz every time I go there , it's almost painless waxing!!!
  Plus she is too good at henna. I always get my henna done by her for all religious occasions.
  I have always had a wonderful experience here :)

  I have been seeing Sharad for almost a year now and she always makes sure my eyebrows are on point! Recently she did my hair/makeup for my wedding, Jalixa did my maid of honor hair/makeup- I have never got so many compliments in my life! Everyone said we looked amazing. I would highly recommend Artistry if you're looking for a new salon!

  Blatant lack of professionalism.
  
  Used to be a regular here until today. Never coming back again.
  
  Asks me to come in at 1.45pm for a regular haircut. The manager/owner preps me and makes me sit on the chair. Just as she's about to start working on me, scissor in hand - a female customer walks in to get her brows done. Apparently, that's quick money and takes about 5 minutes. So she leaves me abruptly and goes on to attend her. She offers no apologies or explanations, while I'm sat there in the chair like a fool. I took it in my stride and smiled politely at her when she gesticulated towards me to wait. What did she do then? She took on TWO MORE female customers, who came in after the first one, all there to get their brows done.
  
  All this while, I'm still sitting there all prepped and waiting like a fool. I sat there until the 4th female customer walked in. I promptly got up, flung the sheet down, and left.
  
  I'm never coming back here again.

  I'd give zero stars if I could. Scheduled an appt for 10am online, arrived and it's closed. I received regular text messages reminding me of my appt. yet somehow this business bo shows for clients.

  I don't want to give this Salon an awful review because everytime before today I have had an amazing experience. I don't even like writing reviews for places but after my eyebrow experience today I felt that I needed to. The woman who did my eyebrows today was very nice but she completely messed them up. She took chunks of my brow in the front that she should not have then tried to fix her mistake by trying to do the same thing to other one. I have really full, easy brows to work with but now I am going to have no option other than to fill them in everyday until it grows back.

  I booked an appointment with Diksha but she was not the one to do my eyebrows. I was disappointed because I prefer the way she does them which is why I made an appointment for her specifically.

  The owners are wonderful. The decor is new and the prices are lower than anywhere I've found. Quality threading, hair cuts, and massage.
