Good place to park for HU students (7-8 min walk). The receipt printer has been broken for 3 months though.

I chose this company because they offered inside parking close to my office; at a cheap rate. I had a billing issue and they failed to notify initially. Later, I got a nasty-gram advising of the billing issue and advising that they would inactivate my account and charge a re-activate fee to turn back on if it wasn't taken care of. I emailed them backno response, called and left a message and still have gotten no response. BTWdon't try to call their (855) numberit is inactive! I gave them 2-stars because the guy who monitors the garage and lot is at least responsive and helpful.

Terrible customer service. These people are great at contacting you when you owe them money but completely non-responsive to anything else. I have been trying to cancel my parking for three months and am still being billed for it.
