Was having a huge sweet 16 for my daughter . I had gone in and said money doest matter. Then showed them a picture of what I wanted. They told me they couldn't do fondant. I was like umm but your a cake shop. They assured me that they could still make the cake look how I wanted it. On the day of the party I went to pick up what I thought was going to be an amazing sweet 16 cake. Boy was I let down. The cake was sloppy, the fondant was cracked, the cake looked like my 4yo had made it. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told that he was in back making other customers happy with that cakes and couldn't come talk to me. I was so upset. My husband called up to talk to the manager/owner. The owner told my husband that they would refund my money if I brought the cake back to him, but wouldn't give us anything to replace the cake they messed up I wouldn't suggest anyone going here with the rude customer service and lack of cake know how..

The owner is a douche. Paid about 300 for a cake and cupcakes just to have cracked fondant, piss poor design. It is for a sweet sixteen birthday. Had to fix his mistakes to make it look good. Will not recommend him to anyone

Wonderful cakes and great customer service! Offering to come out on their day off for only $20 to resolve a problem they didn't create (or have any control over) is fantastic! They have lives and families that they deserve to spend time with, and they're a business, not a charity. I buy all my birthday and event cakes here and the artwork is always beautiful.

I ordered a 3-tier cake for my mother-in-law's 75th birthday. This cake was to feed 100+ people on a Sunday evening. A couple of days before the event, I realized I would not have refrigerator space to hold the cake if I were to pick it up on a Saturday. I called them and asked if they could make an exception to meet me on Sunday. At first, they said no. I pleaded and said I really did not have a fridge that can accommodate. They went back and said yes, they found an employee who can meet me. Here's the whopper though. I would have to pay an extra $20 for picking it up on their day off. Look, I understand this is your day off and you have to make an effort to come in but come on, where is the customer service? I used to work at Coleman where we order retirement cakes from you and I know your cakes are good but I just didn't see any customer service in your response. So I canceled my order because I'd rather spend my money where folks appreciate me and my business.

We go to Artistic for every cake, but this review is specifically for my wedding cake and bridal shower cakes. It was AMAZING. It was exactly what i pictured. It was so delicious. They provided a "top tier" with freezing instructions for our first anniversary. My bridal shower cakes were AMAZING! I had a Harry Potter themed bridal shower (nerd alert), and they made "The Monster Book of Marriage" and a Marauders Map cake. They were so beautiful I'm still gushing over them! We received many compliments on the taste of the cake as well!

It is not very often you attend a wedding and find the cake to be both stunning and delicious. With Artistic Cakes you get both! They have been making our family birthday cakes for years and so they were the obvious choice for our wedding cake! When I saw the cake I cried! It was beautiful. I was even more excited to have my guests tell me for weeks after the wedding that most of them had 2-3 pieces and that is was the best wedding cake they have ever tasted. You CANNOT do better than Artistic Cake- awesome customer service, incredibly affordable and the best wedding cake ever.
