The oiling of lanes is very inconsistent. Splits all the time on solid pocket hits. And no I'm not a bad bowler, 192 avg at other house. As a league bowler this is going to be my last year at this house, and I've heard the same from many others. Even though North Rock is owned by the same group it is far and away a better house, better lane conditions, and staff. The employees at W. Acres (esp grumpy old guy at desk Wed/Thur eve) need some remedial training.

I enjoy this place because there is a special everyday of the week! Staff is very helpful and kind, the food is great especially the mozzarella sticks are always cooked to perfection.

A bit crowded with few seats per lane. We were on lane 15 and when the kids would slowly roll the ball you could tell the lane wasn't flat as the ball would vear as it got closer to the pins.

Love there prices but hate there proshop they drilled my ball an illegal drilling no wonder I can't bowl good with that ball its missing 2 oz of weight and the drilling is past the balance youre only allowed 1 oz loss for drilling and they won't drill balance holes

Very surprised. The lanes were in great shape. Would be nice if they had shoe storage in the sitting area or somewhere close by. They had good beer which is a must for adults. Nice computer game scoring and when you slide a pin but it didn't fall you get a strike. Senses pin locations.

My wife and I go here at least twice a month. Its definitely our favorite bowling alley in town. Sundays before 3 is a great time to take the family for cheap!

I really enjoy bowling here with my family. My small children can bumpers and they disappear when it's my turn. This place is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

The only issue I have is the amount of oil on the lanes. There's a lot of it.

Sunday's you can get a lane for 10$ including shoes. Our group of 9 bowled for an hour for 22 dollars!

Overall seems like a nice bowling ally. The front desktop person was nice and helpfully and made sure was got a good deal. The reason I took a star off is the lane cleaning Guy tried to move us in the middle of our game, which was wired.
