Our office has used ArteziaWater since 2005. We have our water delivered monthly. When problems have arisen i.e. water cooler stopped cooling, run out of water before our regular delivery date, broken handles on our water coolers, and one water bottle leak one in all that time, they have been quick to remedy the problem. We have an average of 12 bottles delivered monthly - and in the ten years (2007-2017) that I have been the contact person for our water delivery, we have had only one bottle that leaked. I contacted Trevor and he explained the cause - and we were able to use fans and get the carpet dry. We are provided a delivery schedule and only if a truck has broken down or something unusual has the delivery been made the following day. We have two floors and three water coolers, so our delivery guy drops the water in all three places! When we have run out of water (our lack of planning), they are always willing to bring us an extra bottle either on the same day or the following day at the latest. You can view your account online and pay your bill online which is very convenient. Artezia has had the best pricing as well. My church has recently switched to ArteziaWater - better pricing and great service.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They installed a "new" water cooler on a Thursday with a brand new 5 gallon bottle and it leaked all weekend. When I called Monday and let them know, they said we can't get out there today. The 5 gallon bottle was completely empty and it smelled very musty/moldy. There was water soaked into the carpet and the subfloor underneath. We called around and to see who could come immediately and that company (Bowden's Carpet Cleaning, Inc--5 star service by the way) came here immediately but the drying out process cost a few hundred dollars. When I let Trevor (by the way, he wrote one of the 5 star reviews below) at Artezia know, he said that the amount was too high and they will pay only half and give it to us as a credit. I said we would prefer a check and he said they don't issue checks. I said, we're obviously discontinuing service with you so just send us the check and he said that even if we discontinue service, he will not send a check. I asked to speak to his superior and he said that the owner does not allow him to give out his phone number. They installed a faulty cooler, it leaked and they won't pay to cover the damages. They obviously don't stand behind their products or care about their customers. Spend your good money elsewhere.
April 10, I was contacted by Artezia Water and told to take down my Google review or we would not receive our credit so against my better judgement, I succumbed to the bullying and removed it. FYI, they came and took their equipment anyway so my review went right back up.
Are these bullying tactics the type of customer service you want to deal with? If not, go with a different water company.response / report this review -

I have had a wonderful experience with these guys. The delivery drivers are extremely prompt and courteous. The office people are really helpful and nice. Their prices are cheaper than everybody in town. I recommend dealing with these guys, they shoot you straight.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have had an account with them for over a year and a half which was supposed to include monthly water delivery, and they only successfully delivered water to me 4 times total. The drivers are extremely unreliable and never pick up their phones nor do they deliver on the date they say they will. Whenever I spoke to their employees over the phone they were extremely rude and left me an hold for a long time. I had a balance on my account when I canceled it, and they had no record of it when I closed the account with them. In essence I lost money, time, and value dealing with them and I would discourage anyone from utilizing their services ever.
