This is a true 5 Star Inn and dining experience. The few petty reviews are just wrong. People with little class.. don't even think about it. Read them and you will see through them. Go and enjoy true fine dining and a great hotel. Ohio Resident.

Pricey, but best-in-class for high end seafood. Go off hours and get a window seat on the water. View alone is worth 1/2 the price. Outstanding service!

I wish I would've found this gem earlier. My scallops were delicious and a nice sized portion. My creme brulee was a wonderful closing to the night. Fantastic view right on the river! Fast and friendly service. I'll definitely come back before I head home on Friday.

Always a joy it's really dining here. Brunches are fantastic. Happy hour specials are fantastic. And, An interesting mix of people to enjoy. Great seafood fresh and well prepared.

Always a pleasant place to relax and unwind after a day with or without someone. Host is polite as well as the staff. There food as well as the delicious menu offered is exquisite, not to mention the desert menu!! Would recommend this establishment to one and all.

We arrived at 7:30 on a busy Friday night and were told by the hostess the restaurant was short staffed and it would be a 40 minute wait for an outside table for 4. We put our name on the list and proceeded to the outside waiting area. After about 5-10 minutes a waitress named Allie came over to see if we needed any drinks while we waited. We placed a drink order and prepared to settle in for a somewhat lengthy wait. A few minutes later she returned and said, much to our surprise, that she was going to clear off a table for us herself. After clearing and preparing a table she asked what name we had given the hostess inside, went inside to take our name off the list and returned to take us to the table she had just cleared and prepared for us. That was the beginning of a wonderful evening full of drinks, food, wine, desserts and great conversation. Allie went above and beyond the whole evening! SHE is why this is a 5 star review!

Whether you stop in for brunch on the weekend or just a quick lunch the food is always good. White table cloth type of place. The River Crab dinner service is always wonderful. This restaurant is right on the water. If you want to be able to see the freighters and other river life, I would suggest requesting a window table.

Fabulous restaurant with impeccable food and wait staff. Old school style, piano player and wonderful view of the river. Very romantic for a special occasion. Beats fighting all of the traffic and crowds in Detroit if you still want incredible food and ambiance.

Diver scallops in crab cream was delightful. Hot rocks and blue slawI would have eaten for my meal it was so delicious!
Salad was fresh.
The filet medallions were melt in your mouth medium rare and croquettes were a nice change for a potato side.
My date had lamb chops and loved them.
I will definitely be back to try a seafood main dish.

Was referred here for a romantic dinner. I set my hopes about as high as I could expect and was still completely blown away. The staff, the ambiance, the view and just the romance of the whole experience is topped only by the absolutely mouth watering menu. I brought my fiancee for a nice evening out and was more than blown away by the whole experience. Would come back from Ontario to visit for this restaurant alone. Thank you so much for the experience, keep doing what you do! Don't change a thing.

Exceeded our expectations in every way! Everything was absolutely excellent for the price. The service, the room and the dining are all fabulous. This was our first time both staying at the Inn and dining at the restaurant and I can definitely say it was a great choice. You'll absolutely love your visit, I recommend to come have dinner when its still light out so that you can view the water and the ships go by while you eat. We came at night so it was hard to see anything. Definitely a place to visit during the warm weather months.
