We bought our new heater & Ac unit. They removed the swamp cooler with a big crane. We borrowed the $ @ 0% interest & payed it off quicker. Great working with these guys.

The employees have always been amazing when visiting our home. Straight forward and helpful with all our questions. We had a vent cleaning and maintenance check on our sytems when we first moved in to our house. Then in the middle of this HOT summer our system stopped working and they were very helpful in showing our options and financing without pushing for an immediate answer (I like to take my time evaluting all my options).
Definitely recommend for cleanings, maintenance, and removal of old/install on new system!response / report this review -

Our A/C broke, we called them, after waiting a week for them to come out, the repairman spent about 3 minutes looking at my system, didn't attempt any repairs at all and immediately said its broken and we need a new system. We stupidly believed him and asked for them to send out a sales rep. After talking to the sales rep and not wanting to spend $12,000 to get a whole new system, he also said he was going to see about getting us a temporary portable unit as we have a 10 month old baby, we never saw it or heard anything about it. We called another technician in town, the tech came out the next morning and connected 2 wires and my system was back on! Cost me $100. I have been paying for the platinum maintenance service for about a year, they are supposed to come out twice a year and service and clean my entire system, the tech from the other company said it looks like the outside had never been touched. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with this company.

We had our entire heating and cooling system replaced. Everyone at Arizona Comfort Systems was very professional. The system was delivered and installed as promised. I am very happy with the service.
