  I recently had to have my AC unit replaced. I had reached out to AZ Comfort Specialists for a quote and so glad I had. All of the girls in the office were incredibly sweet and very attentive. Jay was such a help with making the decision on the unit, completely honest about not needing a bigger unit (which I was told by another company I should go with). Day of installation everything was great. Jay and his team worked so well together, it was refreshing to see how great they treated & helped each other. They were also so gentle with my dog, who at first would not stop barking (they had more patience for it than I). Thanks again for everything!

  I was researching new AC for my house and reached out to them to ask some questions. Jay took the time to give me recommendations over the phone before I even had them come out, very helpful! They did the best job installing my new units, answering my many questions, always prompt responses, on time, and the cleanest install. I'm extremely happy with them and the variable speed systems they installed. You can be confident picking AZ Comfort Specialists.

  Wonderful experience with AZ Comfort Specialists and technician Josias. He was professional, kind, and communicative. He gave me a quote that felt reasonable, and presented all of the options up front when other companies were quoting me double his price for a new ac/heat pump and only provided more affordable options after multiple refusals and super sales-y, hours long discussions. Josias also helped secure a rebate on my new unit as well. I already recommended AZ Comfort Specialists to a co-worker and will continue to do so!

  I had a different company incorrectly install an intake fan to my 22y/o ac, and Josias R came out and properly wired the unit so it would continue to work. And it did, until a power surge from APS fried the compressor a month later. David R was able to come out first thing in the morning to try to fix it, and told me what had occurred (with pictures of the damage) and provide me with some options for replacement. I had been looking around already, and their options were a good price for what I wanted. I chose my option and it was installed the same day. And it was installed by David (the tech that had already helped me) and John (the owner of the company). It wasn't left to random contractors, which I really appreciated. For a less than ideal situation with a fried unit, they were able to get my new unit installed in less than a day by qualified people. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate this, with excellent service as well. With the lack quality of service I have experienced with other companies, I really appreciate the quality of help David and Josias have provided. I cannot recommend Arizona Comfort Specialists enough.

  I am already so impressed by the service I’ve received with AZ Comfort Specialists. Our technician, David, was so polite and truly went above and beyond in every way possible (seriously, thank you!!!). I felt well-informed & he was very efficient.
  (He was also calm & collected when a SNAKE came and paid us a visit and helped remove it safely- definitely not in his job description!!)
  Overall I couldn’t have had a better experience.
  Grateful to find a company & employees I can trust.
