  Used to love getting ‘topper’ or dipped cones here. On the last trip I asked for a cup even a free water cup to put my cone in so I could eat it when I got home. The employee said I have to pay 10 cents if I want a cup. Sad to see customer support suffers because an owner can’t give away a 1 cent cup. I will be taking my family to Macy’s for sipped cones from now on. Hope the penny pinching was worth it.

  So disgusting and dirty inside, they don't even try in the slightest! Employees don't wear gloves when working with your food. Pretty sure there are some health code violations going on here.

  I love how the children's play area is fenced in and the equipment is small. We seriously go out to eat at Arctic Circle just to have some time to work on our laptops while our 1.2-year old plays in the playplace.

  Not bad food for a regional burger joint. Service is always with a smile but a bit slow.

  Fast, Friendly Service!!! We tried they're milk shakes First place in town to blend the choosen flavour all the way through. Another bonus Store was kept up dispite the super busy atmosphere.

  It's three buildings from my house. What's not to love?!? We love their shakes and fries. Oh, they have pretty good food there too.

  The food is always great as well as the service but employees children shouldn't be allowed to go behind the counter and help themselves to the shake candies. Pretty sure that's a violation of health code. Especially since they hadn't washed their hands first and they had used cups.

  We gave the Arctic Cricle in Orem a try today, it took us a while to have the order placed , the cashier was in training , staff was nice over all , the food was OK.
  
  The one bad thing specially if you have little children is the bathroom situation , there is not a bathroom inside the restaurant , you actually have to get out of the restaurant and walk on the sidewalk to get to it.
  
  I am skeptical to give it 3 stars but in comparison to the other Arctic Cirlces in the area I feel like 3 stars is a fair review.
