After my car accident I researched several different firms for representation. The larger firms felt very impersonal as if I was being put in their assembly line production. Brett Boulton gave me a personalized experience and made sure I got a fair settlement. In the end we got 5 times the original offer. Highly recommend.

Flinckinger Sutterfield and Boulton are an excellent group of lawyers. They worked together to help me with my case. All their staff is professional, honest, and efficient. I was impressed with their service. Because of them, I was able to receive all the medical care and money that I deserve for the injured that I suffered.

When there has been a serious auto accident and all you can do is concentrate on getting your critically injured family member well again, you need someone who will have your back. That someone is Mark Flickinger. He is qualified, capable, confident and will fight for your best interests. His staff are supreme and articulate. Together they made our lives good again and will always be our heroes.

Brett Boultons service to us was phoenomenal. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of. We had a really hard time as a result of our accident and he was there as a friend to us as well. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Brett and the people at this law office. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a law office that is really going to be down in the trenches with you every step of the way!

I'm a Certified Public Accountant, and I've been involved in a number of insurance company disputes during my lifetime. After we were rear-ended on I-15, all members of our family were injured to varying degrees. I consider myself pretty hard-nosed, and I went back and forth with the insurance company for about eight months on my own before retaining Zeb at FSB. The truth of the matter is, an insurance company does not care about you--they don't take you seriously if you don't have an attorney. With Zeb's help, we received about twice as much money as the insurance company said were their final offers. (Almost double even after taking out FSB's fees and costs.) Zeb and his team were responsive and great to work with. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Really happy with my experience working with Zeb Weeks and the team at FS&B. For several months I was overwhelmed with medical bills and managing my case on my own, so I decided to bring in some legal help. FS&B, and specifically Zeb, simplified the process and recommended the best doctors and physical therapists to help me mitigate and manage my pain. A complete 180 from the smarmy, ambulance-chaser image many associate with personal injury attorneys.

I'm so glad I was referred here by a previous client. The attorneys were great and professional. Made something I thought would be stressful as easy on me as possible. The times I did have to go to the office the staff always made me feel comfortable and made me feel welcomed each time. Thank you for all your help! Brett Boulton handled my son's auto accident claim. The insurance company played hardball and we had to file a lawsuit before the case settled, but Brett and his staff were responsive and professional throughout. We were very happy with Brett's handling of the claim and with the end result.
