Victor is the best!!!! He is so personable and really took the time to explain the cleaning process and what could and couldn't be done due to normal wear and tear. However, the outcome was even better than promised. My carpets look brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend him. 5 stars!!!

Fiodor and Victor were great! Customer service is really important to these guys and they deliver. Victor was very professional and courteous. he was even great with our dogs! :) Carpet looks great. we had renters in our house who had cats and the carpets were smelly! I would recommend 100%. Victor and his partner were great. I called and he was available to come the following day. I was thrilled since we just moved into a place and I was really wanting it cleaned properly before our movers arrived. Fast, very personable and a great job. I felt soooo much better after they left knowing they did a great job cleaning a carpet where someone else had lived with cats. Thanks for the great job! I would happily recommend to friends.

Everything they said in these reviews of these guys is true! Victor was able to take out the stains that the dry chemical method left behind! His work was thorough, careful and professional! Because I have a broken back, he even offered to move the furniture back when the carpet was dry. He was so accommodating! This is a company that understands the importance of building a great reputation based on customer satisfaction! Thanks Victor for doing an AWESOME job!
