Mardi, Sara and team did an amazing job helping us close lighting quick in the insanely fast paced LA housing market. They sat down with us to go through all the paperwork in person and helped demystify this stressful process. We went into escrow on a few different homes and each time, they helped us move fast so we could compete with all cash offers from wealthier buyers and investors. We finally closed on a home in Highland Park and we couldn't be more excited. They also helped us secure a very competitive interest rate despite my variable income as a writer/director. If you want Sacks Fifth Avenue service at very low cost and very low rates you can’t go anywhere else other than Arcstone Financial. Mardi Kari Sr. Vice President and our loan officer was exceptional to making sure that our purchase in Thousand Oaks was handled without any glitches. Him and his assistant Sara gave us the white glove service. I was referred to Mardi by my realtor who has worked with him for years and could not say enough good things about him but being a single mom it was hard to trust such a big purchase with just anyone. Mardi took the time to explain all the details of the process and by doing so my anxiety dissipated. My daughters and I are thankful for his expertise. My income was somewhat inconsistent in the past few years but he was able to make sense out of the situation and we were able to get an incredibly low rate to be able to afford our new home. If you are looking to buy a home and don’t have a lender I can’t recommend Mardi Kari and his team at Arcstone Financial enough.
