I booked an appointment with Stephanie. I was lead to her dirty chair by someone else since she was doing something in the back room. There was hair all over the floor and the chair. I had to grab a nearby towel and wipe it off. Gross, don’t think you’d like sitting in someone else’s hair. I then waited for over 5 minutes.
She came at 1:38 and was done at 1:45. I had to ask her to fix my hairline twice and she failed twice. She wouldn’t even swivel me around to see my haircut. I had to turn the chair by hand while she watched.
She was told her next client was available and quickly shooed me out. She did NOT clean the hair all over my face, neck, arms and so on. She could see me trying to rub it off but didn’t care.
She then stood over me to see how much tip I’d give her. Very awkward.response / report this review -
