The staff there were generally rude and incompetent..salesperson was a hispanic guy and had no knowledge of any of the products.and kept on repeating "what do you want sir, what do you want?" when I asked questions about the differences between two macbook pros (even though I took no more than 5 minutes in total). Arrogant, poor customer service and the prices were ridiculous for the quality of the products there compared to a couple years ago. I just hate going to apple to buy anything anymore.will start purchasing other brands.
Exceptional staff. Knowledgeable and caring. The best Christon, Nancy
How can every Apple employee at this particular location be so rude, so snotty and snippy and so anti-customer service?? Are they ALL miserable working for Apple? No one smiles. Every response to any question is as if you're bothering them or there's someplace else they'd rather be. "Yeah, one sec." "I'm busy with someone else now." "You have to wait." "Oh, you don't have an appointment?" (how dare I enter without reserving a time!)? IF you happen to get any type of informative answer, if you find someone willing to provide this oh-so-coveted and secretive information, it's as if they try to use as fewest words possible so they don't waste any more energy than absolutely necessary. Or they just plain ignore you and feign intense interest in something very crucial they're doing on their iPad. Even the greeter had an air of "I'm so very important and busy and such an integral part of this huge company I can't be bothered to assist you." I wish I didn't have an Apple phone.Otherwise, everything else about my visit was quite pleasant 😏
The Apple store employees was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience.
This was the worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to - such a mess!
Very unprofessional staff that not at all met the otherwise ‘high’ standard that Apple stores usually stand for.
I went in with a problem with my phone, and I came out with a replacement phone. Glad the rep was there to help out. Would’ve given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the wait times. Other than that, I really liked the service I received.
Worst Apple Store to date. Super rude employees especially the "floor leader/supervisor". Disgusting attitude, arguing with me about the warranty swapping phones aren't Refurbished phones. Laughing at me when I was trying to explain stuff, basically said I was crazy. Very unprofessional, obviously doesn't know how to deal with customer service.
I have now been to this store multiple times and every single time it has been a pleasure. The staff is absolutely top notch. Today I stopped in thinking I could just grab a set of Airpods for a birthday gift only to find out it's typically about a 2 week wait. A store employee by the nickname of Gonzo took the time to really look into what stock they had or when I could expect a set to come in. He tracked down the only remaining set in the store and I was able to purchase with Apple Pay in a matter of about 30 seconds. Gonzo made my day, and I am now able to give the gift to someone leaving on a trip for their birthday. Can't thank him enough. Awesome employee.
Very helpful knowledgeable.just so noisy.
I went in to have my 30 day old Apple/Nike watch looked at because it won't turn on even after a hard reset. I was told over the phone to just walk in. When I did I was told the wait was over an hour and a half because I didn't have the reservation i originally called for! Let's not even talk about the rudeness of the little men standing around in pairs doing absolutely nothing! So it makes me wonder why they are paid to stand around and be rude little unhelpful geeks. I walk outside the store and call technical support again to be told I need a reservation. When the lady on the phone tries to make the reservation for me, she's told there are no available reservations left! I drove 45 mins because the store in palm beach gardens is closed for renovations! Apple stores are useless and I regret spending so much money on a product that has no customer service whatsoever!
I hate going to any Apple store the customer service and wait times sucks! I've been to this one twice this week- 1st day they said the wait was at least an hour and they didn't have any appointments for the next day but I could walk in anytime, so I get there today only be told to stand in line to register and then you get to the next person only to be told you need an appointment because they're on overflow! Yet there's at least 10 employees standing around not doing a damn thing!!
Went to the store today 3/28/2017 as a walk in was assisted by a genius who had dreads and looked spanish in less than an hour. I wish I got his name so I could mention it in this review, but he was very helpful and provided great customer service. I was expecting to have all the troubleshooting for my Macbook Pro cost me an arm or maybe a leg, but it was free. That sure was a relief. The reason I went to the store in the first place was because my computer was unresponsive to the power button along with all the types of combinations of keys found on google that should've been able to turn on the computer. He managed to get it started and diagnosed the hardware which had zero problems which geared it towards a software problem. He went through the logs in my Library and the launch applications and preferences and deleted some common and well known viruses/malware and now my computer turns on just fine and I have no more pop-ups that would pop up frequently whenever I would use the internet! He did a great job. Thanks! I will continue to monitor the plist files and logs to ensure that no malware pops up. He also told me what he was doing before he did it and got my approval which I also appreciated.
It's a ubiquitous Apple Store, crowded and busy. Took 25 mins after my appointment to get helped. But the gentleman was polite and helpful.
