Can not stand all the kiosk wanting to correct your balance or fix your cell phone. To aggressive running up on you. I almost drop some guy coming up on me like that.

Issac went above and assisted me in replacing (upgrading) my iPhone when I couldn’t get into my AT&T account. He was great to work with.

I received quick and competent service during my 3 visits here. Very helpful and authentic staff that can handle questions regarding technical issues of foreigners that might buy products here without a problem.

Went for a battery. Complete waste of 2 hours. 2 employees complimented my phone and said it looked brand new. Third employee said phone likely won’t work after battery is replaced and they won’t guarantee the phone because they don’t have any like it, so there is a good chance you won’t have a working phone when they are done. WHAT????????

Goodbye Apple. I was passionately loyal to your products, but you certainly do not appreciate that.

The unwillingness to help people at this store does not reflect well on Apple. I brought my iPhone6 in for a Genius Bar appt. The screen was unresponsive. Touching the screen yielded no response from the phone. They ran all their diagnostics and the phone passed every hardware test. They restored the phone to new ( a process i told them I had tried less than 24 hours earlier). Same issue. Their final answer?"I guess it's time to buy a new phone". They had no interest in helping me fix the phone, which was functioning perfectly fine until the ios 11 updateThey simply blamed Apple for releasing an operating system that "wasn't optimized" for an iPhone6. The manager, Josh Jordan, shrugged his shoulders and agreed with his employee that Apple was to blame and they could not help me. Wow.

The girl with the very long hair does not know what payment options are available. Although she pretends to know, she gives wrong information about types of payment, and does not know how to address overall customer needs. I was looking to get an iphone 8 with Apple Care and I wanted to pay it monthly. She insisted that the only way to do that is to open a Barclay card, which I did and got approved for 3k. She says, "apparently, you have a good credit." Exactly what did she mean by that? When I was about to buy the phone with the Barclay card, it turned out I cannot use it right there and then, as opposed to what she originally said. So the manager was called and the manager explained I can use a regular credit card to buy the iphone8 with Apple Care with no interest, without the need to open a Barclay card. I asked the manager why her staff gave me the wrong information. Even a basic apology is not known in this place. Friendly: yes, but they lack proper information to address customer's needs.

Went in after my spouse's phone went haywire after new update. Andrew helped us and made sure we understood each step and process he had to do. Very knowledgeable and was also sympathetic toward my spouse after finding out all pictures, notes, and memories from her old phone would be lost. Very professional and just an all around pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Andrew and this entire store.

Bryan is awesome. Signed up the kids to do a quick class here (if your ever in town and want to kill an hour, the classes are usually empty given its mostly adults visit and the locals don't like the crowds). Bryan took us on a local tour of the shops while the kids too videos for their movie making class. Awesome.

I have a problem with my screen "touch disease" which they half acknowledge its part recall and said will give me a new refurbished phone for the price of fixing the screen. When the store associate came out with a new phone to swap it shows that needed more screening so I have to go home with a loaner. End up waiting for 8 days and still nothing so I called Apple Store and they put me on hold for a long time. Finally they said brand new phone came in today for the price of fixing the screen. makes you feel special for getting a discount but it should be free. I take good care of my phone and never dropped it. So disappointed. Slow process. Have to go to store 3 times to pay for a refurbished phone.

My iPhone 6 was having GPS issues after I reinstalled iOS, it was fine before that. We brought it into this store and had one of the guys at the Genius Bar take a look. He ran some diagnostics and said everything was fine but would I like a new phone. He didn't check any settings. Replacement phones are $299 and I'd have to turn in my current phone. Long story short he didn't help, and kept pushing a replacement phone which we said we weren't ready to do. Later online I found out you just turn off "setting time zone". Problem solved.
