The worst customer service ever. The guy who was taking care of our billing process was purportedly shunning us and running off to help others. It was obvious he wanted to throw some attitude our way. The most amusing thing of all, this was the second time we encountered this - same store, same guy. Wish I’d caught his name. You don’t want such negativity in your life. Go elsewhere. Please.

This is One of the apple store with poor customer relationship we have ever seen. My wife went to this store to inquire about support for watch but the store people hardly listened to her concerns and the guy started talking to someone else while she was explaining the problem.

We got the issue addressed in a very kind and satisfying way at chandler fashion center Apple store swiftly.

I just love this Apple store the most! It has one of the best views of any apple stores in the world! The mountains that surround the store make you feel you are truly shopping outdoors and close to the mountains!
Life is way better with Apple!

    - Very bad experience
    - The manager wants to talk all the time to what he said and he doesn't want to listen! Very unprofessional.
    - Waiting for hours and hours and the staff walking around!!
    - Even don't respect your time, they came late!
    - They don't want to discuss, you're a costumer so pay what we say!!
    - They say your phone is dead. It will never work again. Buy a new one or replace with almost $300. I went home, leave the phone for hours, and try it again and it works now safe and sound! Very bad

Good customer service, only reason this is a four star rating is because of disorganization between management and hourly staff. Took longer than it should to complete my exchange. They were still nice though!

Had an appointment for a screen repair on an iPhone 6s at 7pm on a Saturday . Made the reservation two days prior. I check in a couple minutes early and the genius lady told me my iPhone may not be repaired tonight as they are out of screens possibly but to continue with my appointment as they might have some. What? I made a appointment specifying an iPhone 6s glass replacement. Is it corporate policy to not hold screens for appointments? Anyways here I sit for 45 minutes with no acknowledgement by any employees. What a waste of time. To make matters worse, there are two other people in front of me with a 7pm appointment also who have been waiting the same. Horrible experience. There’s too many sales employees sitting around and understaffed tech employees. This place is badly managed.

More difficult than it needs to be to make an appointment. Automated voice that didn't work, answer a bunch of questions unrelated to your problem, followed by more time spent listening to many options of music one can listen to while I wait- then I wait. Nothing happened, so spent 10 minutes trying to make an apppintment online only to learn I can't see anyone until next Saturday. Nice service, Apple.

I was reading a few reviews, and notice that many people rated overall 5 stars for the store setup which is not helpful at all. Many provided the feedback related to customer service of the store that is very helpful!
People will not be going to the store that has a good reputation of customer service instead of the store appearance. I am grateful for all those feedbacks they are very helpful.

apple use to have classes frequently.well actually they use to have one on one classesthey just keep adjusting things. When a company makes changes you need to make them in the best interest of the customersthe changes they keep making inch further and further away from helping customers understand their products. If there going to take away classes they need to provide tutorials at their web site when they are looking in for help to understand a product

One star is way too high a rating for my experience. Wish they had a minus one star rating.
Had a bulging battery in my 5s and went to see about getting a new battery installed. I have done this myself on an old 4s and it is no big deal. Just needed it done today and couldn't wait on shipping a battery to me. Was told by a floor person that it would be an hour wait for someone to even see me and they would not be able to fix it anyway because the bulging battery was "Extremely Dangerous" and I needed to buy a new phone. Bulging batteries have consequences but this was clearly scare mongering hype. Took the 5s to a repair shop at Mercer and Scottsdale Rd and was told "No problem, $40 and pick it up in 45 minutes." Phone is charging now and works just fine. This, along with the incessant "update to iOs 10.x.x" notifications that can't be silenced have me seriously, seriously, seriously asking myself, "Samsung, anyone?"

Walked in there completely ignored. No one was willing to help me. When I was finally able to ask a quick question they had me stand off to the side for me to have been forgotten. All I needed was a charger. And when I finally went to check out the lady who was helping me out was being rude as well.

Looks like people only write reviews when they are pissed off. I've always had great service in this store. Friendly and helpful staff. Then again I'm not a self-entitled prick who needs his ass kissed by Apple.

2/2/17: Terrible experience and service. The staff seems scripted. Tried to check in 35 min early and planned to stay in the store. The staff person refused to check me in, sent me away & said to come back @ 4:50pm. That just happened right now too.
Now an update to add I check in 4:50pm. and sit for a good 30+ minutes. I ask if someone will be helping me and she can no longer find my name. 2-3 people have already gone ahead of me. And here I wait writing this review to keep me occupied. This store is not run very well.

Don't bother going here. My son's iPhone 6 was diagnosed with a touch screen issue that is common in the iPhone 6 by my local tech who couldn't repair it because it was an Apple product. Waited 1.5 hours for a tech. The tech first told me my phone was a refurbished phone. I called Apple and they confirmed my purchase of the phone as a new product. The tech then informed me my tech was wrong. He then said they could repair the display for $129, but it was silly to spend money on this phone when I could get a new one for $30 or so a month. I declined. I will resolve the problem with Verizon because I bought the insurance plan. Verizon has been far more helpful than the "genius" upsell guy.
