Customer care representative just ignored me as soon as I told him that I wanted an iPhone X Unlocked, but through the Apple Upgrade program. He’s answer. I only have one unlocked but you must buy it upfront. NEXT!
Thank you! I’ve own every iphone since the 3G’s and never had this horrible experience.
Today I went to buy a new phone and ask if I could put my old phone in for service earlier than I had booked. I was someone would help me with buying the phone, but had to join another line about getting the old phone for service. I joined the second line and repeated my request and was told there was a 20 minute wait. I was able to buy the new phone a lot sooner than 20 minutes, which was a nice surprise. However, after waiting more than 30 minutes, I asked when I might be able to get help with my old phone. The shop assistant told me I never asked them about the old phone (false, I have a recording of the request). I was then told that it was not possible to get the phone serviced today (which is not what I was requesting). I will never go to this shop ever again. They clearly don't like helping customers. They tell customers they lied. There are other businesses that want to help. This business clearly does not.
Bought an i8, it stop working after a month (no physical damage), take to the store n ridiculous waiting time have an appointment u still have to wait another 30mins for some one to help and get no solution cause they have to mail the phone for repairs 3-5 business days worthless warranty.
I love the sleek look of the store. It was an Apple Disney experience. I only went in for AirPods, and Jacob made me feel like I was making a major purchase. He helped with pairing even though a 2 year old could pair them. Thanks Jacob😊
Bought a faulty iPhone and got set up in less than an hour. Cut to 2 months later, the phone starts acting up. We come in 3 different times and we’re turned away twice because they were understaffed. The one time they help us fix the problem, the phone acts up again in about a week. We come in again for the same problem and again, they turn us away. When we expressed our concern for how many trips we had to make to either get the phone fixed or replaced, they didn’t even try to show that they cared or even that they wanted to help. For the amount they charged for this phone, we expected better quality and better service.
Check your device before signing off on repairs!! I took my phone in to get a new battery. The tech was extremely helpful and suggested I back up my phone just in case. His name was Shaq I think and he was a model employee by any measure. I come back two days later after backing up my phone and drop it off to get a new battery. When I pick up the phone I notice a message at the top saying unable to use Touch ID. I thought this was weird, then after I put the phone in my case the tech (not Shaq, don’t think he was working today) takes the phone and swipes a notification to bring up the unlock screen. I mention that the Touch ID doesn’t seem to work and the tech who handled the phone and must be familiar with these errors just hands me the iPad to sign. Before signing I noticed that the home button doesn’t work at all. Something that I only assume is negligence in the repairman and the genius not noticing. After I mention the home button isn’t working I’m met with attitude and the genius immediately says, well is that an Apple original screen? After a long wait and working with an impatient annoyed genius they did replace my phone with a brand new one.
I can deal with the wait and rude customer service but what’s caught me off guard is what seems like purposeful negligence in trying to get me to sign off shoddy repair work. I can deal with rudeness but this is something more.
Overall though many of the associates did seem very helpful and at the end of the day the store did right by me without much of a fuss. I just feel like they knew they broke my phone but were trying to knowingly hurry me into signing off on it, I could be wrong, but as I said above Make sure to check your device before signing off!!
The associate had no idea how to do Apple Upgrade Program and we had to wait for another associate to help him!! (There used to be something called: “employee training”)
To entertain my wife while the associate was figuring out how to sell an iPhone, I offered her to play with iPad Pro and its pencil. Guess what? Two of them were off due to battery drain, and two other ones the pencil was out of charge!!
For the first time in my apple store experience I wanted to leave ASAP.
I have been to here many times, not sure why the low stars. Yes, you must make an appointment prior to arriving and in some cases days ahead. Not a big issue to me. The representatives are always on point, very helpful and friendly, always willing to help! Have never in the 6 or 7 times that I have been here had a rude or unfriendly representetive. 👍🏼
As an AT&T customer, thought it might be better to go to AT&T to upgrade my iPhone. They didn't have the newest iPhones in stock and wanted to order it so I went to Apple. Apple had exactly what I wanted in stock and set me up quickly. Their insurance plan was better than AT&T and they gave me more money for trade-in on my old iPhone than AT&T. Now I will always come to the Apple store to do my phone business instead of AT&T.
Excellent experience during a busy hour. Needed to return an item & I was helped as soon as I walked inonly had to wait about 3 minutes after my name was taken. Val was super helpful & I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.
Pretty disappointing. Walked in and to an unoccupied employee to ask for help and was directed to a different employee already assisting someone. Fine. I walked over to the tablets I intended to buy and waited for someone else to help. I waited for an hour before anyone approached me, they took my name and walked away without a word beyond that so I left after waiting another 20 minutes. Left without purchasing anything and am very irritated with the experience as half of the employees were standing around not engaged in any task.
Well went here to pickup a Apple Watch I purchased on the Apple Store app. When I walked in the door I was not helped until standing for about 10 mins. Eventually someone asked me did I need help which was great, for my watch and was on the way out until they informed me they had run out of bags. So now I'm wondering around the mall with Apple Watch in hand. I liked my service, just not the part about the bag.
My iPad dropped and Black screen.Called to get tech help and suggest to make an appointment. When I walked to this store on time, Louie handled everything to help me.He was great and patient with me.
I would highly recommend this location for Apple needs. Great customer service and support.Big thanks for Louie!
