  I recently planned a short trip for my wife and myself to Victoria BC. I have never been and it was a surprise for my wife's birthday so I wanted it to be special. I have never used a travel agency before and was unsure what to expect.
  
  I wanted to be able to say "Here is where we want to travel, here are the dates, what can you make happen for us?" .. I was not disappointed, It was literally that simple. Virginia, my agent, asked a few personal questions to get an idea towards our personalities and what we enjoy and that was it. She checked in with me multiple times to make sure time lines & activities would suite our traveling behavior and sent me the appropriate booking info. I can't begin to tell you how much this helped take the pressure off. My wife and I had a great time with a well planned vacation. I can't wait for our next trip, if Anywhere But Here Travel could make a 2 day trip to Victoria as special as it was, imagine what they could do with a larger trip! Thanks again, Virginia, you're awesome!

  Monica has planned 1 trip for me to Hawaii, a spring trip for myself and my boys, and the activities for a trip to Maui for myself and my youngest son.
  
  I can say without reservation, she takes care of her clients. When things went awry on our Spring Trip, she worked with myself and my husband to make things the best they could be.
  
  She finds fun activities for adults and kids, and places to go not necessarily on the beaten path, which my family loves.
  
  Monica listens to her clients, and creates trips that will leave a lifetime of memories and conversations.

  We cannot say enough good things about Shawn and Anywhere But Here Travel. She recently planned our honeymoon to Peru and it was everything we had dreamed of and more. She made sure that our hotels were beautiful and located in the best places to eat and visit historic sites. Our tour guides were always on time, spoke excellent English, and were very friendly. Machu Picchu was the highlight of the trip and our tickets were already purchased beforehand which saved us at least 3 hours of waiting in line. We will definitely be asking Shawn to help us with all our future adventures!

  My husband and I used ABHT to book our honeymoon.
  
  We reached out and set up an appointment with Monica where she just listened to what we wanted, asked a few key questions, and took notes. Getting the quotes cost $99, but the next day she gave us 4 different possible trips, each at a different point within our budget. I personally really appreciated that she didn't only tell us about our options that would max out our budget or tempt us with offers we couldn't afford.
  
  We asked a few clarifying questions and chose a package. Monica booked it and she was even able to price match another website and get $200 off our price! After that, she told us about our options for travel insurance and helped us purchase that. She was definitely looking out for our best interest the whole time.
  
  Through the whole process, she was very professional, prompt, and reliable. It was so convenient to have signed a form to give her authorization to make payments with our card as well so that she could take care of that and just send us the receipts. That way, we didn't lose track or forget any payments.
  
  The whole planning process felt so much better than planning on my own because there was a professional in our corner advocating for us. The quality of the accommodations, the ease of decision making, and the peace of mind knowing we were taken care of by a person and not a company will be why we go back to ABHT to plan our next trip and possibly every vacation thereafter.
