Anthony’s Runway 84 is a retro somewhat mid-century modern experience. The atmosphere is something to be seen. I has the rigatoni and meatball lunch and it took me back to my grandmas cooking. It came with a large mound of soft ricotta cheese. The prices are a bit steep and the parking is a mess, but overall it was a delight and would suggest this for a date night. You have to see the airport inspired atmosphere. It will take you back.

Anthony’s Runway 84 is a fabulous, beautifully decorated place with close proximity to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. The decor is nice and you can sit in a booth that looks like an airplane window seat. I highly recommend the meatballs and rice balls, and all of the entrees are delicious. On Thursdays starting at 5:30 PM is the meatballs and martinis special, which is $6 and includes unlimited mini meatballs. The prices are pretty reasonable, too, in general. The service is one of the highlights of the experience, and I am sure you will not be disappointed. Also, make sure you do not order too much, as you are sure to walk out fully stuffed.

This was my first visit during a layover. The decor and atmosphere are exceptional. The presentation and food far surpassed my expectations and even their descriptions on the menu. Wow! Great place! Our waitress was wonderful and we learned, a 5-year Veteran of the U S Navy! Thanks for your service!

Unbelievable food! Extremely generous portions. Great service. We have been going here for about 25 years, and food is consistently good. Reservations are a must; can get very crowded , especially Martini and Meatball night or Friday and Saturday nights, creating a bit of a wait. But,well worth it.

Authentic Italian comfort food that is priced right. No corners cut, homemade, large portions and amazing taste all combine to take one back to the Northeastern Italian dishes famous for how Americans think of the cuisine. Every meal comes with mussels, salad, bread and oil. Great Thursday night scene. Reservations strongly recommend. A must hit if you are only in town for a short time. Aviation theme is just one part of the experience here.

Love Runway! Classic Italiano, at its best. If you're an eggplant fan, then the eggplant Marino is for you! It's sliced super thin, not overdone with sauce and sprinkled with parmesan. Delish! The clams oreganata are the best I've ever had!

This restaurant is one of the best if not the best restaurant if been too. The minute I arrived I was greeted by Vinny the host he was great person to talk to while I waited. My waiter was amazing (Stefano) very helpful. The manager helped the most Anthony he helped me choose what to eat I had never eaten there and was worried if I would like the food and he took his time and explained what the plates were. I have never been to restaurant where the staff was as professional as this place. While I was there the owner happen to be there Anthony Bruno and he also walked around and greeted every customer and made sure he everyone was being taken care of. Not your typical owner very professional and never sat down was walking around and helping where it was needed. All I have to is GO EAT THERE.

Normally when I eat here it's the best. But this time everyone's plate was awesome except mine. I ordered linguini and red clam sauce spicy. There were very little clams the sauce was thin and watery and they forgot to make it spicy.

Great food and atmosphere! We ordered several meals to share at the table and everything was delicious! The staff was very nice aa well. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a good Italian meal. Can't wait to go back!
