My new gun shop of choice and I have no problem driving an hour to get there. Very very nice and clean building, staff is all friendly and great people. Great selection of firearms and parts. I highly recommend this shop.

Had Drew Adair as my CPL course instructor, really cool guy. He gave me outstanding and informative advice on home defense training aside from the general course outline. Ann Arbor Arms has a very knowledgable staff.

Staff is awesome. They are friendly and helpful. Without a doubt the best customer service of any gun shop in pretty much all of southeast Michigan. Selection is good, and they can get whatever you want in two to three days. I've purchased two handguns from them. Both were great deals, (used) and I have no regrets. Range is great too. All around great place.

I had a good experience when I tried their shooting range. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and helpful and they even gave me tips on how to improve my shooting. Prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their aim.

Friendly service. I am not an experienced gun owner. They walked me through the process, made sure I was aware of basic options and courses that I asked about. Didn't feel intimidated, made welcome.

I had absoulety no knowledge in this field but the Owner, Buddy, Ethan, and whoever is normally in the range when i go have all given superior advice, tips, what to look for ect. First place I went to & purchased & have been very pleased with the outcome so far. The only place I go to, they've made it feel like home.

Went to the range with a friend who has taken some classes there. Excellent experience with the staff and range. They also make females and newbies feel welcome which my friend appreciated as a new shooter. Most of my range experience is with outdoor ranges but I can't imagine a better indoor range. Easy to handle and rent firearms before buying.

Best Gun shop experience! I was there browsing for a Hunting Rifle and a Pistol for concealed carry and it was amazing how every single person was willing to help me out find what's suitable for me and they were very enthusiastic about it. Everybody who works there is very knowledgeable and will actually spend time with you to assist you make the right choice and they won't rush you to buy something that you may not be so sure about it. Absolutely love this place and am happy to do business with them. 100% recommended! + They take extra safety measurements on their firing range and boy it is one of the nicest and cleanest ranges I've seen in my life with great ventilation. Overall an absolute honor to have such a cool place full of responsible and knowledgable gun owners in my area.

One of the nicest and cleanest indoor ranges I've been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Membership prices are a little high and the tactical bay is great, but you have to be a member or take a class to use it.

Wow! We have this nice in my area of FL. 😞 Myself and two of my sons used the range for an hour. Drew was extremely helpful to me on the range. I improved my shot greatly in just a short period of time ( I'm a newbie). It's new , shiny & modern , great store and clean, ventilated indoor range .
Only downfall would be , it wasn't the least expensive that's for sure. But, you get what you pay for. If I lived up here , I'd enjoy going to A 3 regularly !

This place is not only your extremely above average gun store but the whole staff is so full of knowledge it is great. Never high pressure sales just educate you on what works best for you! Many thanks to Kathy,Scot, Eddie, Buddy,Tim and Gina for all the help. Also the classes they offer are Very well taught right from the classroom to the range! We look forward to many more years with this wonderful staff!

Very nice place inside and the shooting range was very nice and I feel was priced fair. Ammunition was reasonable prices as well. My only downfall was sales of actual guns themselves. Asked to look at one gun, salesperson got it out for me, handed it to me, then really didn't say much. I had the cash in my pocket. Personally being in sales almost 20 years now I feel it's really very crucial to interact with a customer and treat everyone like they are there to buy. You never know if they have a huge bank account or not. I feel like maybe I was treated as a "just looking" customer. If that's the case why not ask, "are you in the market?" "what is your purpose for what you're looking at?" etc. Not even a minute of the guy's time could have led to a sale easy. Just really didn't feel like the sale was cared about. I have plenty of firearms so it wasn't a need but it's the point. I will be buying one anyway. Just haven't decided where. Nice place though and range! The range officer was awesome!

First, it is a nice place to shoot. The ranges are well equipped. However, only very limited arms are provided for rental. Staff are not patient, or even a little bit rude. The staff never smiled to me. All I heard is "fill this form and sign, go to that side and watch the safety video" I have been to some shooting ranges in Ohio. And I have to say that the price of 3A is higher, but it is still reasonable.
And, they do not allow rapid fire, which deprives the core happiness of shooting. If this was required by state law, I would be more than happy to obey. But if it was not, I sincerely hope rapid fire can be allowed here.
