A great way to get in and out of Logan without a lot of hassle. Parking is easy and the rates aren't bad. We always use this any time we fly out of Logan. It avoids all the mess in Boston and the traffic and parking hassles. You get dropped off right in front of your terminal so you just zip right inside!

After waiting at Logan Airport from 11:36 PM for the Midnight Woburn bus, the Framingham and Braintree bus pulled in and then the Woburn bus SOB just drove by and did not stop I had to take a cab to get home.

The bus was fine, on time and comfortable. However I had to wait 45 minutes for a cab in Woburn even though the driver had asked who needed cabs when we first boarded at Logan. Not sure who dropped the ball but the local cab companies need to step up their performance for this facility to be really useful to visitors.

I take this bus four days a week to work at the airport. Drivers are friendly, and the buses run on time for the most part except when people show up at the last minute and expect the bus not to leave them behind. If someone in your party is off parking the car, please don't get on the bus two minutes before its supposed to depart and then tell the driver you can't leave without that person. If you can't make it to the bus station on-time then wait for the next bus. At 4am when the bus is 90% airport employees you're not making any friends by delaying the bus and potentially making us all late for work. At least wait until you get to the airport to ruin our day.

The scheduling is inaccurate and inconvenient. If you're ok with spending over an hour waiting then it's great.
