Hope you guys reopen soon, the pizza is so good freshly made & even vegan options Great beer.. I'm so ready for you guys to reopen
The cashew cheese is amazing! The only restaurant in Atlanta that I have found with good vegan cheese. The staff was friendly and atmosphere was fun and lively even on a Wednesday night.
Give it all the stars! This place is great. Solid pizza. Chill environment and clean to boot. If you just wanna stop for a slice or grab a group deal it's really a great place. I've never been when it wasn't busy but they usually get it handled quick.
Antico quality pizza but they actually have vegan options. Really good mixed drinks and beer options. Had a nice bar and patio as well. I will definitely be going back once they reopen from the construction due to a car driving into the building..
I f@$king love this place. Plenty of brew on rotation on tap. Their pizzas are top notch and I'm just in love with their fritta. Expect a long wait during peak times but it is worth it. You order food at the front. Sit where ever.
Overpriced. As a huge pizza fan I always start with a margarita, to test the sauce and dough of establishments before diving deeper of making it my new Saturday pizza spot I had high hopes for Ammazza, it I think the atmosphere is better than the service or pizza. I'd come again with a group for drinks and catch-ups. Not a place I'd come for pizza, the sauce was tasteless (needs more flavour even some fresh oregano would have made a difference), the mozzarella was flat and lifeless (and they skimmed out) not creamy like topical authentic mozzarella and the basil! Come on! The basil was cooked on top to the point it had no fresh aroma! Dry, no oil, no chilly oil, no nothing the dough needs some work! Extremely heavy on the gut, beware anyone with sensitivity to gluten. Huge failure in my opinion and maybe it was a off day for the chef and staff (rude greeting and food delivery, a smile goes a long way people!).
Only reason why I'd say it's worth a visit is from the venue, atmosphere point, come chill with some friends and enjoy the overpriced food :p
Fantastic artisan pizza. They use local ingredients and make their own cheese. You order at the counter and someone brings your food. Plates, silverware, and water are self serve at stations in the dining room. There is a full bar available.
Very cool atmosphere, and some great beers on tap. Pizza is good, but not anything to write home about. If you want a cool place with good beer, then you will be satisfied here. If you are a major foodie and want the best pizza, go to Antico.
This local joint is the best Neapolitan style pizza inside the city. You must try the Terra and add the sorghum-cured bacon - it's Ammazzing!! Plus they've always got local beers on tap and plenty of seating, suitable for a cozy date or a group get-together.
Food is great. A little unorthodox in the pay first, get your own plates, utensils, napkins and water, but it adds to the experience, particularly for groups. No waiting for the check or hassles splitting a check.
After waiting 30 minutes to even order due to only one person juggling both the takeout and eat-in orders, we sat amongst a loud and extremely drunken crowd. We ordered 4 pizzas to try different things and an order of meatballs. The meatballs came first and we're pretty good. The pizza came about 20 minutes later. One was completely undercooked and not edible. The others were okay. It seems this place is either completely understaffed, or undermanaged. One of the more frustrating experiences in our many Atlanta visits.
