Was there for the Lady Gaga concert a few weeks back and again today for Katy Perry. I live coming here for concerts, one of my favorite venues. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The only down side is the food is expensive but still rate a 5 because it's better than most of the arenas I've been to and there's a lot to choose from too.

Very nice arena with a comfortable VIP / suite area. They confiscated my beloved pepper spray though. Where is the fun in hanging around large crowds when one does not have pepper spray?

American Airlines Arena is a great basketball arena and venue. I go for Heat basketball games a few times every season. I love to go. There is a good view all around the stadium, the atmosphere is fun and engaging, and there's lots to eat and drink. Just like any stadium, pricing is high and parking is hard to come by if you're late to the game but those are common issues among stadiums. Arena is still a great spot to watch games and I would recommend it to all.

Lady Gaga concert was amazing!!!!! The stage is very cool because it rises and splits and tilts. There were walkways that dropped from the ceiling that were really cool, too. Our seats had a lighting rig that blocked about half of the stage, but we'll know better next time, and go lower. We were impressed with the staff as well. Everyone was nice!!! Everyone was helpful and seemed excited to be there. It was wonderful.

Great venue: lots of bars, big open air space outside with seating, souvenirs, big bar, and separate performance stage. The heat game we attended was lively and exciting - so the evening was a success on both accounts. I'd recommend going to a heat game here, and I'd also recommend the facility in general - for any major event!

Attended Heat games in section 300 and it's alright. Attended Bruno Mars concert in section 100 and could feel the heat from the flames! Confession lines moved fast and the energy in the place is lit 🔥

Good arena with fair food choices. Great place when the Heat are winning. For concerts the sound is good.

Huge arena. Expensive drinks (nearly $40 for 2 drinks). Close enough to hotels that you can walk to the arena (which is great and saves a lot of money). Nice coastal park area nearby to relax at pre/post show.

I have seen concerts and games here, it's always great, customer service really nice, several parking options around and cheaper.

Great place to have fun with family.

I've seen two major concerts here and both times I was impressed by the staff and by how easy it was to exit the venue. Having also just attended a concert at Hard Rock Stadium I have a good comparison. AA Arena is a breeze compared to the nightmare that is Hard Rock Stadium! Courteous staff and easy access assure I will not hesitate to see another show here.

The Miami heat is my favorite team. Plus the food at the stadium is amazing. There fries are the best I've ever had.

Our seats were changed and we were sent up to the fourth floor then the third floor ending up on the first floor. Only to have to go back up to the third floor. One of the men in charge was quite rude at first. He got us to our seats with a better attitude which was appreciated. The arena needs a better system if they close a section.

even if you are not a big fan of basketball, just being there is a grateful experience. I loved it. I have been here twice and both occasions were great!

Security staff was excellent. However, we waited 30 minutes before we were allowed to enter the restaurant 601. It states the restaurant opens 90 minutes before a concert and this was not the case.Given the weather conditions today, it is important to stay on time, there were at least 30 people aside from myself eating at gate 5. PLEASE GET IT RIGHT.

This is a beautiful arena for the NBA and other events. There are a ton of food options inside and a nice bar outside. Every side of the arena offers a great view of Miami.
