Very friendly staff, Dr Paul is the best he took really good care of my yorkie Azula. Thank you and his staff for quality work. And all the other Drs are great too.

This place is absolutely terrible!If I could give it a -10 stars I would!money hungry and purposely misdiagnosed animals on several occasions just to get you to pay top dollar for test that are NOT needed,just to rack up your bill!then they act like you are crazy for asking how a check up on a healthy animal ended up costing you $500! Unless you like to give your money away for entering a building and sitting for 2 hours minimum (because the Doctor is busy,and you are the only person in the waiting room) DON'T BRING YOUR PET HERE!

Dr. Paul is a great veterinarian. He's helped us with AJ (RIP Buddy) and now our new pupZoby. All of the staff is always helpful. They answer all of our questions. The place is always clean.

Dr. Paul is the heart of Randall Road Animal Hospital. He is thorough, caring, understanding, patient, etc. He is the only vet I trust with our dog. He gives exceptional care.

We've been going to Randall Road Animal Hospital in South Elgin for several years now; we switched from our old Vet to Randall Road when my late Husband was still alive.we were both so very impressed with their staff, including Doctors, Vet Techs, office staff and of course Lori, who helped us more than I can ever explain here. When my Husband passed from cancer, they stepped in to help, sending Vet Techs to my home to give my Pups their vaccines so they'd not be late, and could not have been more kind, compassionate and courteous. I have the highest regard for these wonderful people, and strongly urge you to consider bringing your furry babies there.you won't be sorry.
