Called at 8 am and had someone by 2:30 pm, and they had a extremely busy day today! Even did it without me there while I was at work which was a huge help! Definitely recommend to anyone needing key help!

You have to appreciate people who are really good at, and really enjoy their work. I called Tony about an original front door lock in our 100-yr old house that never worked since we bought it. He looked at some pictures I texted, talked me through a possible fix, then offered me some options for changing the lock when that didn't work. It was a shame to think about losing a beautiful old piece of the home, but it's what I expected.

He calls me back just a few minutes later because he couldn't do thinking about it, and he's competitive with the other guys he works with who has just a few more years experience. He noticed in the pictures that the cylinder was right side up, but the whole set had been installed upside down. Loosen one set screw, spin the cylinder, and boom, we get to nerd out together about how cool these old pieces of hardware are, and how great it is to actually fix something instead of replace it. Helped me out a ton, and saved me the time and cost of replacing the locks.

This place is the best of the best, would score 100 stars if possible. Owner is incrediable, stopped by Saturday when they were closed and happen to catch him not the first time he saved me. Fiance and property manager of 2219 lofts apartments needed help so referred him. He saved us on a day he was not even open. Thank you thank you, 1 in a million, top top rated.

Highly recommend! The owners were very helpful, and were able to get replacements for 2 home locks that had died a slow, horrible death, (often leaving me wondering if I would be able to get into my house at all) within a day. Ashton did a fabulous job installing both! Very excited that I can use my front door for the first time in years.

We had American Lock & Key complete a project for us at our business in downtown West Salem (Three Brothers Bat Company). We received estimates from a few different places, and they were not only the most reasonably priced, but they also did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend supporting this great local business!
