  Very disappointed in our experience for our daughters birthday party of 13 last night. Disappointed in the service, food and experience. We were blessed to have a great group of girls and Merrick/Stephanie who put us in a room due to they had no where to seat us for a reserved birthday party of 13. We had cake an icecream an hour after the party was supposed to end. That was rushed in ten minutes. So all in all not my choice for a birthday party venue at all considering American Girl and its brand. Worst experience in ATLANTA for my daughters 7th birthday party. I hope that the structure in how this is ran will be resolved.

  Absolutely wonderful customer service! Had a shipping issue and Diane and Christine did a great job of helping me keep a grand daughter from crying on Chistmas morning!

  I am a collector and was beyond excited to come here so I was VERY disappointed that there is no store! There is a Mattel store but not one AG thing there. Sigh.

  Absolutely wonderful been buying for 25 years. I have 10 granddaughters and 2 great granddaughters.have bought all of them one to two dolls and youngest baby got her first Bitty Baby for Christmas last year. She is 20 months old now.
