Great location if you're coming from the campus area and a sort of mus do stop if you're visiting Madison for the first time. Nice atmosphere pretty good coffee and really tasty sandwiches.

Love this place! The staff is excellent, proportions are awesome, and the coffee always comes out creamy and delicious. I have yet to order something that I don't love. I suggest a salad if you want the most bang for your buck and a sandwich if you want something to indulge in. I haven't tried their waffles but their dessert drinks have always come out perfectly! They never rush it but somehow they are still fast. Whatever flavor they describe the drink to be it comes out as such, not just a lump of sugar like some flavored drinks!

Authentically hipster
This place has calm music, laid back vibes and decent coffee (Anodyne).
If you like themed coffee shops,
Local coffee shops,
This place is great!
Some good seating areas inside as well.
Prices are on par and lower than other coffee shops around. :)

Independent local coffee shop featuring waffles discounted on Waffle Wednesday. I Ask for the "red and white waffle extra whip hold the maple syrup".

Great service. I mistimed my visit once and had to run; barista ably packaged my waffle to go with no fuss.

Great friendly independent coffee shop, with a good selection of special drinks (including alcoholic!), and great pasty selections. Watch out for the homemade muffins and the waffles ($1 off on Waffle Wednesdays)

Although it can be difficult to find a seat, this place offers a lot of great drinks and food. The people are always so kind and helpful. I love sitting in the back outdoors.

The coffee and tea are top notch here and so is most of the food. The waffles are killer. The inside is really small though so and there's not a ton of outlets so it's not an awesome place to study.

Hip atmosphere. I like the outdoor seating area out back. Possibly one of the best places to get coffee in Madison. It's popular and sometimes crowded, but always cozy.
