They have a good selection of furniture to view. I got a queen size matress set, head board, end board , frame, dresser, night stand for a great price Plus they delivered and set everything up for me. I did nothing. Go look for the best deal that suits you!!!!

My wife and I went into the store to buy a dining table. The table was in stock, but they did not have one assembled on the showroom floor. I asked the salesman what happens if I buy the table, get it home, and it turns out to be lower quality than I was anticipating. I was told I can return it, but would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. I asked if the fee could be waived as the item wasn't available for me to look at. He said no. I walked over to a different salesman and asked for a manager, he asked me what the problem was, I explained, he made a quick phone call to his boss, and said, the "the fee is waived". He also typed that the restock fee was waived directly on my receipt. Luckily when we got home, the table was great, and actually nicer than I expected.
Overall, I'm happy, the problem was resolved quickly, and I will shop here again, I just had one unfortunate experience with a salesman.

A bit of trouble finding someone to help us in the store. Then a lady named Savannah assisted us. She was very knowledgeable and catered to our wants and needs. She was very patient and made our experience a pleasant one. Delivery drivers were great, got my furniture hauled in, very quick and had no problem setting up. They were very professional and came right within the two hour time frame. Will definitely purchase from this location again.

I love shopping here! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Special shot out to Mateo! While helped me with selecting the perfect beds for my older two children! The delivery men, were on time professional and courteous. They were nminbout so quick, I did have time to offer them a beverage. I will be back this week, saw some amazing things that I must have! Thanks again everyone!

Way more selection than the one in Westminster. If you go try to find Bradley to help you. He is amazing. He was patient with my wife and I and understood we weren't going to rush our purchase considering we plan to live with our furniture for as long as possible. Never felt rushed and helped us find exactly what we wanted in our price range.

I found almost everything I needed in one place and the prices were great. It was all delivered in 2 days and at the very start of the window they gave me, so there was no sitting around waiting for delivery. Almost everything was already assembled and they brought and inatalled furniture pads for the feet to protect the floor. Great service and attention to detail. Couldn't be happier.

Great selection, Style, excellence in customer service. The delivery process was very easy convenient and exceptional. Poor customer service while I was there. The employees seemed more interested in chatting then helping. I asked one of their employees about the difference between two types of beds mostly to confirm the info I had already learned online and they didn't know the answer. The greeter was polite and friendly but after that the employees seemed more into noticing my service dog then helping me! The only reason got two stars is the store and merchandise are nice. My advice to management is hire better people! To consumer know exactly what you want and where it is. Good luck finding help.

Not enough salespeople to cover the floor on a weeknight at the store on Grant St. We had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge that we needed help. Then we waited another 25 minutes for an actual salesperson to help us. We decided to go to the store on Wadsworth instead and received excellent help within 5 minutes of walking into the recliner chair area.

Jenna helped my wife and I both times we came to the store (forgot to measure our doorways the first time - rookie mistake), and was super courteous both times. Didn't try and push us into a purchase or anything. When it came time for delivery, the guys were friendly and got the couches right downstairs, no problem. They also got to our house in the first 30 minutes of the 2-hour delivery window we were given, which was awesome. Would definitely recommend AFW to anyone looking to buy furniture!

This place has everything from indoor and outdoor furniture to decor, rugs, entertainment centers & even has a coffee shop and Subway to dine at. Prices are very reasonable. Same day pick up. Delivery option. Well staffed & clean. Must free up a few hours to see everything here. Their interior decorator makes each set of furniture very appealing to the eye. *****5 STAR*****

The delivery crew was great considering they had to negotiate tight turns and narrow roads on the last mile of the drive. They were courteous and patient as they had to load furniture onto our trailer and drive up to our house with us so we could take it the remaining 1/2 mile to our house.
I asked the ladies at checkout when we paid if they had trucks smaller than 30' for delivery as we told them the last 1.5 miles was tight and tricky for big trucks. They said they had nothing smaller but the delivery guys said the order should have been custom delivery and could have been delivered on a smaller box truck that likely would have had no problem making the final 1/2 mile to the house. Please inform your cashiers that more than a semi and a 30' truck are available for delivery. Your driver was a champ and made it work but he likely would have been happier had he not had to drive that big truck in areas where tight turns and getting out was going to be an issue.

I was pleasantly surprised by the no pressure sales staff. They asked if assistance was needed but backed off when I politely declined.

Really huge selection of stuff. Catering to a wide array of tastes. The prices were really competitive.

Delivery was awesome. I've never seen delivery drivers work that fast. Really great service!

Selection: More choices then you can shake a stick at!

Quality: We've picked up dozens of things over the years and they are all still in great condition! Built to last.

Customer Service: Always helpful and in a good mood.

Price: Very fair, for the quality and style you get you can't get better.

Delivery/Pickup: Great prices and being able to rent a truck from them for cheap is fantastic!

Will return: Every time we need something.

Picked up furniture at this location, but bought at the Firestone location. Staff at pick-up/return are nice, but the overall quality of the furniture is hit or miss.

We had an exchange because our chair wasn't manufactured properly, then picked up our table which I believe may have been a return. After assembly we chose to just fix the previously returned table rather than fussing with another exchange (way too much effort).

Pro-tip: If it looks like a return have them put it together to make sure it works. We didn't want to spend the time but ended up with a table that works but requires repair, has some superficial scratches and isn't "new". You get what you pay for.

I needed a gift card for my parents for Christmas. You can't purchase them online. I emailed customer service and Darby called me right away. She was very professional with great customer service. I ordered the gift card over the phone and received an email within the hour with a copy of my receipt. Very Very pleased with the service. I would recommend this company highly. Swear on "something important and sacred" that I do a ton of price-shopping and I've never seen such low prices. I've shopped for furniture in New England and California, and the prices are not just lower they are WAY lower. I'd say that the dinning room table we bought with six chairs would have normally been 2500-4000 easy, we got the entire set for just under $1000.

They have repair services, delivery, and their staff isn't annoying and hounding you every 5 sec.

HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking to fill their home with gorgeous furniture at the fraction of a price.

Furniture is made so cheap. My sectional came with a warranty and when I called to get my sectional fixed, it was a couple weeks over and they wouldn't fix it. Both sides of the sectional are caving in, literally to the point they are touching the ground. I weigh 115 lbs and my husband is 150 so no way after only 2 years should it be caving in. Another time i got a dining room set from them. It was delivered and within 15 min of them leaving, we noticed what looked like permanent marker on the table. We looked harder and there were scratches all over the table that they quickly tried to hide by covering them with permanent marker before they brought it inside. (The table was dark wood so it turns light when scratched. We called and told them, they had the delivery guys return and take pictures but they were purposely trying to not let the marker show in the pics. Took a few more WEEKS for an unscratched table to finally make it to my house.. Cheap cheap cheap
