I called Jordan Auto parts on April 23 2021 and ordered a rim. I was told it was be in Shinnston in a few days. I called a week later to find out they had not removed it yet to ship. I contacted them today May 3 2021 to ask if they shipped it yet. I was told no they had not. I requested my money back. The gentleman was really nice and apologized. I would not suggest purchasing anything from this business.

This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced with an auto part store! Not only was he quick with finding what I needed he seemed to genuinely care about my situation. He was informative and got my part sent to the Clarksburg location from the PA location. I highly recommend them if your looking for a car part!! 👍🏾👍🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Ordered and paid in full a transmission for my vehicle on
4-12-2017 was told it would be delivered BY 4-17-2017. Called today 4-19-2017 to ask why it wasnt delivered yet.was told the transmission HASN'T even been pulled yet. That it could take another week because they was short staffed. Will never order again from them.

Terrible Slum of a salvage yard!! Take it from me & save yourself a wasted trip & headache! Was told a set of seats for my SUV were in "perfect shape" and they would be ready by 2o'clock the next day. I drive an hour & show up at 3, they weren't ready they finally showed up at 4:30 With a pair of seats that I wouldn't even dare set on much less put in my daily driver! Covered in stains & mold! Smelled like cat piss! And then on top of that they made me Pre-pay to get them pulled & ready I had to argue & make 3 calls to get a refund!

Called for a motor & transfer case at 9am, they said "Got em both out and ready to go" so after I drove for 3 hours to get there, the guy at the counter was nice and said it'd be a little while, 2.5 hours later they still couldn't find the motor that they supposedly had.
