  Tried to do a return of shoes that was a Christmas gift that were too small with the original receipt that my husband had paid with. I was told I could either get a "Credit" in the store or my husband would have to return the item since it was with his credit card. They wouldn't even credit his credit card from the receipt. What kind of ridulous policy is this? POOR Customer service VansI won't shop there again.

  Stood in the isle not finding what I needed and no one helped me. They all just looked at me. When I went to check out one of the girls at the register just stood there staring at me and folding clothes and then quickly left the register. It took 5 minutes before an employee checked us out and we were one of the only people in the store amongst 3 workers. Unacceptable.

  This store embodies nothing of Steve's fathers work ethic and drive. The most unsupportive/uneducated staff I have ever ran in to at a vans location.
  Only 1 employee was on there game. I wish I could remember her name. She is blonde with a half sleeve tattoo. She was amazing, find her if you go in.
  I have never been so disrespected in a retail store. The vandorens should be ashamed of this store.

  Staff was extremely and helpful. Plenty of options and oftentimes there are good deals, so we were able to find what works for us.

  This store was a joke. Terrible customer service. None of the employees even care to give you the time of day. At least the ones I came across. Also very low on stock for sizes. Won't be going back there again.

  FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! We went in to take advantage of their buy one get one 50% only to learn, during the transaction, that it wouldn't work on two full price shoes, which no where in the store or on any sale tag does it say that. Terrible customer service along with it.

  Wow. I'm so appalled by the customer service I just received. Atrocious attitudes and rude service. We spend thousands of dollars at this store a year and will not be returning. Ever. Hopefully they find new staff soon because at this rate I'm not supporting those people's paychecks and salary. Id rather shop online. Have a beautiful day and I hope this review was helpful.

  Watch out cuz they have the worst customer service I wouldn't buy your shoes here anymore love Vans but I'll never stop here they should think about hiring some new stuff they're all dick heads
