Always a pleasure to browse the many different items for the household. Well layed out with displays of how different rooms can be furnished to your liking. Restaurant serves delicious Swedish meatballs and other mouth watering fare. Don't forget to take home some fresh cinnamon rolls after having a ice cream cone at the snack shop near the exit.

What a super IKEA! To be fair, this is the only IKEA I have been to. But it is a super fun time. Fake living rooms and kitchens and etcetera. A lot of furniture stores use plastic fake computers and books for furnish their displays, but this IKEA has all kinds of real books and neat little props. Even when I know exactly what I want to. Buy, I still like traversing the make believe maze of cultivated living space suggestions. The true genius of this place is the parking lot/loading dock setup. Real easy to get that sweet build-it-yourself box of furniture bits right up into your car.

This is not my first visit to IKEA, it is in fact maybe my tent or twelth. That being said, this is the first time I've ever been inspired to comment. I had an absolutely delightful visit today!!! I came in for an ottoman and Alexandria in the sofa department found the time to help me out, despite the crazy amount of foot traffic and a plethora of other helpless customers. She helped us meet up with Jose down in the warehouse and found the perfect ottoman. We swung by the "As Is" department in the back and the manager of the department (I forget his name) helped us out with covers. It was a perfect trip, and insanely fun thanks to Alex and the crew! Keep it up IKEA, you're hiring good people and they will be why I come back.

A great place to purchase reasonably priced home accessories. Furniture is not high quality, but a great alternative for small pieces or temporary furnishing. The best place for ķitchen supplies.

The cafe is a fun experience, inexpensive with good food they serve a variety of Swedish meatballs and fresh cinnamon rolls are available at the smaller cafe on the first level.

Just like most IKEA, they make you walk through the whole store before you can check out. Pack a camel and water as it is a hike ( :p) but lots of cool stuff to look at and easy to get lost at looking at things you don't need but might end up buying, that is why they design it the way. Food court is better food than you would think in a department store. Some items are priced higher than what they should be. But lots of great deals on other stuff. So do homework before you go in and spend tons when it could be cheaper online or other department stores. Great prices on rugs and curtains I found. But higher prices for couches and other furniture depending on what you are looking for. Huge in store stock so you can get it right away vs other places you have to wait for it to come in.

If i could give them a ZERO, i would have! The place is overpriced, too big, nothing in stock. When i stood at customer service, AT LEAST 8 employees looked at me and not one of them asked if i needed help. I will NEVER go to that store again!

This is not a good place to shop if you live out of town and need to plan to purchase specific products, also, the website is an unreliable source for product availability. I purchased a product believing that I would be able to select a pickup date, but, was unable to and the Centennial, Co would not hold the product that I had purchased for a few days until I could drive the three hours to pick up the product. Customer service is poor and no one in this company seems to care. I guess Ikea is to big of a company to worry about silly things like customer satisfaction. Ironically the amount of time that they said it would take to process my return and receive my money back into my account is longer than I had asked them to hold the product. So they can hold my money for over a week yet won't hold the product for a few days.

I recently purchased an Ikea kitchen, spending thousands of dollars. The customer service, especially in the kitchen department, is abysmal. Unfortunately, I live two hours away, so if I have a question or am missing a part, I have to drive all the way back down and hope someone is kind enough to give me the time of day. People are rude and unhelpful, and generally seem disinterested in selling anything or answering questions. I am happy with my items and Adam in returns was delightfully helpful, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone trying to make a big purchase because you will be completely on your own. On a side note, I came back to buy a chair which was on display SIX different places in the color I wanted. They told me they were out and could not sell floor models. You'll have to just come back. 😡

Lovely furniture store with a cozy cafe, childcare, and cheap hot dogs! Just your average IKEA store! Plenty of parking! Comes complete with family restrooms and play areas for the kiddos. Never a bad experience here. Don't forget to check the As-Is section on your way out.

The store can be kinda over whelming with how large it is but it's really just their attempt to show the large variety of options available. Their products are truthfully useful. And as long as you can follow a diagram easy to put together. Super great for space saving also!

IKEA is a very enjoyable experience for me. It offers free childcare for up to 90 minutes while you shop. There is a restaurant located on the upstairs and downstairs level, and the food is enjoyable. I find the eating areas comfortable. Navigation is clear with arrows projected on the floor to follow. It also gives you the option to take a pamphlet where you check off every section of the store you've been through. IKEA offers cheaper furniture than most. If you're looking for a store that you can shop at but actually enjoy your experience at, I recommend IKEA.

I enjoy IKEA for the display areas to get ideas for storage and decorations. We have purchased some furniture at IKEA and more smaller items. I enjoy their high quality children's items.

We don't purchase highly used furniture due to the wear and tear and prefer more solid furniture rather than veneer.

Storage and shelving systems are great. I'm used to the compact space saving European style and use that in locations around my house.

Store is roomy but can be crowded on weekends. Lines are registers are variable with the seasons. One visit near Christmas was not too bad. Only one time in my 10 plus visits did they have trouble with stock (showed item was in stock when it wasn't).

Food is above average, but is cafeteria style. Fresh food like salads are great.

Customer service is average. Had issues with some shelves that did not have functioning parts. Another time they replaced a part with spares.

I've had several great experiences at this location of IKEA. The parking is set up really well and it's easy to access. It would be nice if the loyalty card could be looked up by a phone number instead of having to carry the membership card with you.

Overall I'm impressed. So long as you can avoid a Saturday trip, the crowds aren't too bad either. The cafe is wonderful. They have free childcare while you browse. This place is a wonderful place to shop for furniture.

The quality vs price here is generally quite good. The selection of items is pretty much unrivaled. I recommend visiting during non-peak hours or it can be frustrating to navigate (people jumping out in front of you, blocking aisles, etc)which wouldn't be quite so bad if the shopping carts didn't suck. But they do. They suck so bad. If you meander along slowly, they're probably fine, but if you want to get in & out of the store and move at a pretty decent clip (or avoid a collision with one of the aforementioned jumpers), they suck. You have to push the cart at an angle in order for it to go straight. It's absolute misery when you have a heavy load.

While it won't totally sour my opinion of IKEA, I was disappointed when I recently went in to buy cabinets -- not to play around with the designer program and check it out, but to actually buy cabinets. The guy helping us wasn't particularly thrilled to be doing so and even passed us off to someone else to finalize because he had to "get out at 5 hours."

What can I say about IKEA that hasn't been said? If you are an IKEA person like I am, you'll love it. This location has ample parking, and all the things IKEA is known for; inexpensive furnishings, a bewildering and yet decent dining experience in the midst of everything, and a supremely huge amount of floor space. If you want quality you shouldn't get for the price and don't want to find yourself at a WalMart for your next odd bookcase, go here instead. Everything just looks better.

I'm not fanatical about IKEA like a lot of people I know, but I do love the low prices and going through the showroom to get ideas. The hubby gets overwhelmed and we often take shortcuts to get out (gotta love those maps), but he gets a few ideas too. A lot of the furniture is very cheaply built, hence the cheap prices, but there are other things that are well built and are priced right; for example ,we're redoing our kitchen - we wouldn't buy their cabinets (they're all particle board), but the counter-tops are great.

With that said, we have a Swedish friend that goes as often as he can for the groceries alone. We've fallen in love with a few of them and definitely stock up on a few of our favorite groceries when we go.
