I had a puppy delivered from out of state. I had never had a live animal shipped by air and was naturally concerned about the welfare of my puppy during handling and the flight itself. Bottom line AA Cargo did a great job, no worries. Five stars.

The entire experience to fly my dog from AZ to GA was great. I was scared at first being my first time flying a pet but the agent was trustworthy and all the documents they need they take very seriously as well as the kennel requirements and temperature limit for the day that they allow dogs to fly under. Everyone that I dealt with was nice and I would use them again to fly my dog.

Ridiculous staff and system … multiple times they’ve either misplaced or haven’t take. Anything or put my cargo on planes which has caused me to miss work twice …even waited two hours this time now while I’m even in here …and I went in there and had to request for them to go talk to the higher up Gaian after waiting 3 hours and they said my cargo was ready an hour or 45 mins ago which nobody has told us …they really need new front desk staff and people working the system ….so ridiculous… frustrated and done with their slack service … then the front desk young guy lied and said he asked the back but didn’t
