We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Loretta was a true blessing. She is above and beyond. The hotel was clean and the food was good and if something was missing or you just wanted something else loretta was there to serve you.

I thought the place was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool area was pretty cool- it had basketball hoops. The staff was helpful. I had a problem with the phone in my room not working and the toilet clogged, but somebody came out right away to fix it for me. The only downside was the sauna not working. Otherwise, it was a great experience for a really great price! Considering we got free Chula Vista passes with our stay, I was impressed.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary. Started off a little rough as we had booked a jacuzzi and fireplace suite in advance, but through an error the reservation was made in 2018. The desk staff were great about understanding and worked with us to get us a room for the nights we needed. (and even managed to get us a Jacuzzi suite).
Rooms were very clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable. All of the staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was good, I can't recall the lady's name, but she did a great job of attending to everything during breakfast. Also had a demeanor that just somehow brightened your day. Would definitely return for any time staying in the Dells, but would make sure to confirm the year in which your reservations are made.response / report this review -

Hotel was clean and inviting. Carla Clark was consistently friendly and helpful as was all the staff we encountered. The room was nice but cleaning staff needs to check fridge and deck for things previous guest leave behind. Phone didn't work but Anthony made note after he got me an extra blanket. Free breakfast was a good starter and waitress greeted you with a smile. Looking forward to coming back.

This was my first stay at this AmericInn. It was most enjoyable. The staff is absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Surprisingly nice and cheap for the Dells. I don't usually like going to the Dells, but our stay here was enjoyable while we were in town for a wedding. The free passes to Chula Vista water park were a nice bonus.

We stayed the weekend at the Americinn Lodge and suites. It was chosen for us so we weren't sure what to expect. It ended up being a really nice place to stay. They have the pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a nice little kids area. It was very clean all around which is huge to us. The Continental breakfast has a great variety. We ate there every morning. It isn't directly on the main Street so it was quiet at night. All around if your looking for a nice, clean, quiet place to stay that isnt far from the attractions this is a great option! We would love to come back.

My family and I just stayed here for 4 nights. It was wonderful! Clean hotel, friendly staff that would go above and beyond to help you, and excellent breakfast bar!!! Would stay here again and would recommend to friends!

My family was involved in an auto accident 8 miles north of the Dells and we had to stay for a couple days so we found Americinn Hotel and we're welcomed by a great staff. It was very reasonably priced with a nice pool area for the kids. Went down for complimentary breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again in the future.

I would not recommend this to anyone and I not be staying here ever again. Bad experience I rented two rooms for five people for two nights:
-my room which was accupied by three people had only ONE showering size towel and few hand towels.
-Bathroom had One small bottle of shampoo No soap and now shower gel! You had the option to either wash your hands and face or bathe.
-Room service had barely started at my floor at 3 pm when I was back for quick rest before heading out for the night so I didn't receive new towels, bed sheets or soap.
-Front desk had a snappy attitude, my room was not ready and they refused to keep our bags. They said to call me when it is ready so I verified my number and email but they never did.
