  I brought a monitor into the store for the repair of damaged capacitors. They called me 4 hours later and said it was ready to be picked up. The work was fast and reasonably priced.

  Great customer service. I disagreemy experience was different than others. My TV stopped working and they were able to have it fixed within three daysand they fixed it in my home. The technician was very nice and explained what he was doing.

  Absolutely no conscience. I'm actually impressed that they are still in business. They have zero technical diagnostic ability. They just replace parts until the set powers on again, then it's your problem. Worse, they act like you're a pain in their neck when you try to get some technical explanation as to what went wrong and how they diagnosed it. Unsurprisingly, the TV fails again after 102 days - ouch, just outside the 90 day warranty. You're better off buying a new TV and selling the one you have for parts. Which is exactly what I did, but after dumping another $300+ down the drain for 102 days worth of use.
